Really enjoyed my stay here, location is fantastic for everything in Newquay, beaches,stations, shops etc. Breakfast delivery in the rooms is a special touch and it was lovely to have slow mornings enjoying this. Everything is super clean, and Alison was really welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Can’t really think of anything, maybe the bed wasn’t the most comfortable one but still nothing I would complain about.

Breakfast was so convenient. You tick off what items you want on a sheet the night before and it gets wheeled on a trolley straight to your door which is such a nice touch. Location was perfect, in the centre of the town but on a quiet road. The room was super clean and cosy, Alison and Florence was lovely and so welcoming. My stay was amazing! 10/10 recommend I’ll be returning for sure.

Lovely room and easy to access everywhere in town. The train station and bus stop are easy few mins walk!! Alison was very helpful and friendly giving me information of events and how to navigate the town and also preparing nice daily breakfast delivered to my room. So sweet !!Thank you for all!!

Good location, very close to the beach and easy to access the town centre. Within walking distance to the zoo as well. Property was well presented and cleaned every day. Amenities were topped up when needed and Alison was very attentive to all needs.

Only one tip, no shower gel or shampoo, as a 4 * I didn't pack any

Breakfast was great we was given a pad with a good selection of things to choose the night before. These were delivered to our door at a prearranged time as you eat in your room.

Great having breakfast delivered to my room every morning. Good off road parking . Lovely big room. Allison is very friendly and is doing a fantastic job running her guest house.

There was nothing we didn't like

Everything about the lodge. Very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was brought to the room. Couldn't find a speck of dust , cleanliness was 100,% . Bedding and towels were lovely. Everywhere was up to date and fresh . Can't thank the host enough . Beach and town nearby , plenty of evening eating places. Thank you From Margaret and Alan

Ha ha !! Nothing not to like.

It was exceptionally clean, lovely decor. Spacious, everything you need. Breakfast choices are fresh, healthy and delicious ,something for everyone. The location is perfect. 5 minute walk from the railway station, 5 minute walk to the stunning views overlooking the beaches and a gorgeous 20 minute walk through the town centre to the harbour and main beaches. The zoo and gardens are just around the corner, it’s a perfect location to explore all sides of Newquay.

There was nothing I disliked, it felt like home from home

I liked how for breakfast, you just tick off a list what you want and it is brought to you in the morning. Very convenient. Also was allowed a mini fridge - very useful in the hot weather. The room was a nice size, plenty of space around. Staff was very nice.

The shower sometimes ran cold despite being on the hot function. I ran it for a few minutes and it didn't get any warmer. This happened sometimes
