The staff are always very helpful and efficient. My dog is always made welcome . It’s a beautiful part of London which is very central but relatively quiet with very good transport links and isn’t overly gentrified so still has an authentic feel . I used to work near the meat market and it holds fond memories too .

Great location near tube, this hotel is staffed by very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotless and really nice touches such as fresh coffee, a mini fridge and good toiletries. Staff were happy to keep bags after check out which was really helpful.

You can’t reserve the room you want - booked a twin room but only find out when you arrive if a room will be available but luckily for us it was.

Decent size compared to other places in London. Had all amenities we needed. Good location. Managed to get early check in as a room was available

Apartment was very small. Living area v small. Toilet should be separate to bathroom. No dining table! That was my biggest complaint. Kitchen equipment very basic.

We didn’t like how much plastic and disposable cups that were used in the restaurant. We would have preferred proper crockery.

The breakfast was different from other hotels we’ve stayed in, but it was very good. The room was very spacious, clean with plenty of storage if you needed it. The beds were very comfy, we had a good nights sleep. And the room was spotless, so a very big thank you to your housekeeping team.

A lovely hotel which is 4 min. from Barbican Station. Friendly staff, clean and tidy room with lovely design and water, tea and coffee. Everything you need for a lovely stay (iron, ironing board, kettle, cups, hair dryer, fridge). Fully sarisfied. Would come again. Thank you.

It would be nice if the bathroom had some kind of ventilation, so the room didn't get so damp.

Clean, relatively spacious, close to shopping (Tesco's) and cafees and close to both buses and trains. Staff really helpful and friendly. Easy to get to from Heathrow via the Elizabeth line. The apartment had everything we needed. Nice, small gym. Perfect place to stay 😁

I stayed at Citadines Barbican London for one night and had an amazing experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were able to drop our bags off early, check in smoothly later, and even got a free upgrade to a deluxe studio. The room was spacious, clean, well equipped and had great lighting, AC/heating. The location is perfect as it is just a 2 minute walk from Barbican Station with easy access to Central London, plus loads of restaurants and even a Tesco Express nearby. Late checkout made the whole stay even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
