Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location close to Philharmonic Hall, Everyman Theatre, and Cathedrals. Walking distance to town. Room was a good size with tv, tea and coffe and a clean, good sized bathrrom and shower. Generally quiet.

United KingdomStrong springs on interior doors were very annoying in terms of moving about the apartment, and if opening bedroom door at night you find yourself in totally black hallway searching for a light switch! A movement detector on that light would assist that problem but the springs remain a problem. Approach to the apartment block is litter-strewn and management need to get on top of that with daily cleaning. Some small points - a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would be useful, also a hook on the door. I would have appreciated a better cleaning cloth than the one sponge supplied, and a tea towel.
Clean and modern. Fully equipped kitchen. Good location for Hope Street area attractions, eg Philharmonic Hall, Everyman Theatre.

The room was great, much better than expected, with everything we needed. We were told in advance they didn't have any cots available so we're able to take our own.

United KingdomStaffs were really friendly. We had the room without window. Though the room was a little bit dim, it was clean and not humid. The inn is not far from the Liverpool Lime Street station, but is at the opposite direction to the docks. It takes nearly 30 minutes to walk to the docks.

Convienient . Was booked for 3 nights in two separate rooms. But they rearranged the rooms so I could stay in the same room for the three nights which helped me alot.

Special thanks to all staff at Cocoon, made checking-in easy( even though l keyed in wrong info to send on documentation), very good customer service,polite, helpful and respectful. Had a lovely 4night stay, everything was perfect for me. Had a great sleep, no noise at all. Brilliant location, for bars, restaurants,shops, sightseeing, public transport, etc. The most vibrant city l have visited in the UK. The musicians, the sound systems in pubs, the low prices for drinks, free entry. Every Liverpudlian l interacted with, was a positive experience. I shall be visiting again more often after my positive experience. Thankyou Liverpool, you made me welcome, respect to this beautiful city.
