The property is on a main road, traffic noise from early hours of the morning throughout the whole day

The property was very modern and had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained, landlord was in contact to ensure all was going well.

The bed sheets were smelling, and even after telling the owner, they didn't provide us, then I had to wash them myself, and had to wait untill it dries.

The apartment has anything what we want, except clean bed sheets.

The fact that it didn’t have a car park and I had to park on the main road.

Nothing really, it was just very warm when we stayed due to the weather (hardly typical north west weather). Nothing a fan wouldn’t sort out!

The location is good for access to sone of the best parts of what Merseyside has to offer. A couple miles in one direction will take you to Crosby Marina and what the rest of that coastline offers, and then in the other direction it’s perfectly situated for access and proximity to both Anfield and Goodison and a mile or so further to Liverpool city centre! The flat has been decorated and set up to have everything you could need for a comfortable and practical base. Comfortable bed, nice, spacious and functional lounge sbd kitchen area and all extras such as irons, hoovers, and all kitchen equipment and crockery if eating in. Great value little stay as a base to lots of this great city 👌🏼

Bed wasn't comfy at all would be nice to have bigger matching colours example white towel .That was only down fall .

Apartment nice and clean smell fresh when you enter. Had all the forcilities you needed cooking and cleaning. Shampoo and shower gell ,tea ,coffee and sugar nice extra. .Cosy modern apartment good price. Would definitely recommend stay again. Very friendly host.

It was extremely noisy! If you sleep on the couch-bed, you feel like you're sleeping right next to the street. Fortunately, my daughter was able to sleep, but it was a hard time for me. Also if you have people staying in the apartment above, you can hear everything they do. We had a family with a young child and two or three dogs staying there and it was either the kid jumping, screaming and crying or the dogs barking, howling and running. Or the washing machine spinning at 11pm, making the whole ceiling shake. It was heartbreaking to hear the dogs "crying" when the family was out for hours... I know, that's not what the apartment itself represents, but still important to know if you want to stay there. I'm really thankful for hosts allowing dogs in accommodations, but I'd never allow people to leave the dogs in unattended!!!

The apartment itself was ok. Equipment was good. Perfect location to take a bus into town.

As soon as we entered the first thing we noticed was a smell, we didn't think this was an issue so we opened all the windows for some ventilation which helped. However we also noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the bedroom carpet. The air freshener plugs in the living room and bedroom were all empty so we had to purchase new ones the following day which helped minimize the smell. The first night upon going to bed we experienced some itching and upon further inspection we noticed dust on the headboard along with crumbs & hairs from the previous visitors in the bedsheets. Being tired from traveling that day, we ended up washing all the bedding and had to sleep with towels. There is a grey bag provided for spare bedding but upon opening it, there was an unpleasant smell there too and we couldn't use it hence why we requested a new duvet. This duvet was kindly provided to us on day 3 by the admin team. The sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable due to the springs, a replacement would be beneficial. Regarding the heating they have a boost electric radiator which doesn't heat the rooms sufficiently and stays on for short intervals. During the evening the temperature dropped and we were cold. We asked for them to increase the heating however we were told this cannot be readjusted.

The bathroom was clean and presentable, beautiful bathroom decor and exceptional shower pressure.The kitchen and living room were also presentable and tidy. Decent sized rooms. The admin team was responsive to rectify some of the issues we had during our stay. For example they provided us with a brand new duvet. The location is not too far from amenities such as Lidil, restaurants, shopping center and a 6-8 minute walk from the train station. Overall the apartment was manageable for our 4 night stay.
