Too many messages, I think the Lady meant well, but I was too tired when returning to reply, it's an introvert thing.

Off street parking is a bonus in Cheltenham. The room was clean and comfotable. I mentioned to the housekeeper that a mirror in the room would be great for me to do hair and makeup, a mirror was quickly sorted. I was was well pleased. I would deffo go there again should I be back in the area.

Centrally located yet quiet, this accommodation is run by friendly people. From here, you can easily explore Cheltenham and the picturesque Cotswolds. It's also a good base for visitors to the RIAT. Thanks and best regards, Helge

The sink in the ensuite was too small to wash anything but your hands.

Contact and instructions before arriving was very good. Access and parking was easy. The room was small with access to the double bed on one side only, but the bed was comfortable (though not suitable for a tall couple). The en-suite was well stocked with nice toiletries, and the shower was good. There was an air conditioner in the room. There was also access to a well equipped kitchen if you were self catering.

Nothing. Everything was what I expected and would definitely stay again if I visit Cheltenham. Such a beautiful town.

Location was excellent. Right in the town centre and close to lots of pubs, restaurants and shops. I stayed because my dad was at the local hospital which was a 20 min walk or 5 min drive away which was ideal. I stayed in Room D which was ground floor and had 2.single beds and an en suite bathroom fitted with toilet, sink and shower. TV was on the wall. Glad we were able to park round the back for free.

We stayed during the heatwave 🥵 and the building retained heat. Probably great for the winter.

I thought from the photos when I booked it that it was for an apartment with its own kitchen as and the headline was that it had 2 parking spaces. it turned out it was a shared kitchen and that we could only use one of the 2 parking spaces advertised. The decor was rather tired, especially the carpet.

Only thing I have too say about this property that I didn’t like is the fact there’s not keycards that would help a lot more epically since it’s near town and a lot of people who book will be with mates who’s not that clued with what’s what and would help it run more smoothly. And add on the instructions instead of saying your key is in the box a b c or d or whatever then sending the code make it a bit more clear there’s 2 so the person booking knows.

My friends were twats and didn’t tell me there was another key so I thought there was o oh one and bless the poor woman she came down and helped us when I was angry because I didn’t think there was a second key due to my friended incompetence and she held her cool and professionalism very well as I have bpd and I’m not the easiest stop deal with mad so just for that 5* she came down sorted the issue let us in and gave us the key!

Weren't there long enough to find anything we didn't like.

This suited our requirements for basically somewhere to wash and sleep as we were attending an event nearby and didn't need to make use of the kitchen facilities. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The shower was good and not cramped. The other factor for selecting this booking was the parking and being nearby to the function we were attending. Thought it might have been noisy on arrival, but had a good night's sleep with any disturbance.

It’s not easy to find the key boxes and to open the door when it’s dark. A light would help.

It could’ve been cleaner. The sheets felt musty and the towels seemed poorly maintained.

It’s a well located property with good facilities. I found it to be good value for money. It is a great base to spend a weekend in the Cotswolds on a budget. Having a driveway parking was tremendously useful.
