We liked everything. Possibility needing the pillows and duvets replaced at some point in the not too distant future, as they are getting as little thin, but they were fine for the summer

The location and views were great. There were a few things missing in the kitchen, but they were replaced almost as soon as we mentioned them. Particularly good for people with dogs. A lovely cosy lodge

The double bed mattress probably needed turning as was a bit lumpy.

Amazing location, total privacy and looking out at the beautiful scenery and wildlife. The lodge has secured fencing/hedging all the way round which was a god send for our two dogs. The decor etc is a little dated but we actually loved it that way, it was sentimental and homely.

Very well equipped comfortable cottage in the countryside with a wonderful view on Scottish Highlands. Smooth communication with the owner. We appreciated peaceful and quiet neighbourhood.

Private peaceful location with own secure enclosure (useful for dog) and beautiful views of nearby hills. Easy check in and out. Was warm comfortable and cosy, quite roomy, well equipped. Hot baths and showers when needed. We also left some things behind in the cupboard which Paolo made sure were returned to us. Thank you so much Paolo.

There was not a thing wrong with the accommodation

The location is very secluded and peaceful. Great for dogs too as the lodge is fenced. There is also a lovely little walk just off the track before the lodge, you just have to explore a little

Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful but central enough to discover the region. I loved the enclosed garden that makes traveling with dogs less stressfull. I loved that we could have all our dogs with us (4 dogs)

Access road poor. Understand it is farm track but informing visitors when booking that access is challenging would be helpful.

This was a fantastic stay! The lodge was absolutely beautiful lots of facilities and clean and tidy. We all loved the fact that there was a lot of grassed areas for the boys and the dog to play and it was a great location for exploring places like the kelpies, Falkirk, Stirling and Perth. Will definitely return, thank you so much!

There could be some loving care with some of the fittings in the Lodge, which I have relayed back to the staff, which is the best way to communicate such things.

Lovely secluded lodge with a fully secured garden surrounded by hedgerow giving total privacy. It is lovely to watch the birds feeding their young and to hear the birdsong.The garden gate is wide enough to be able to park within the enclosed area itself. Lovely decking with table , umbrella, and chairs to the left of double patio doors that lead out from the front room / kitchen /diner. Wonderful views - take your binoculars!- Birds of Prey spotted every day. Lovely walk way down into the valley and around the place. Pristine white bedding and towels. Modern panelled bath rooms. Good shower.Good storage space. Good kitchen facilities, comfy seating. great light. Wi-Fi. Speak to Paolo if you have any problems.

Excellent location with plenty of wildlife to watch, the lodge was very well equipped and very cosy. The two toilets one en-suite was a bonus

Perfect accommodation. Beautiful surroundings, full privacy, fully furnished, great communication with the owner, . The prepaid internet has run out, started working on our last day there, but it wasn't a problem for us at all. we could use our mobile data. Definitely will stay there again.

It was a bit difficult to find - arriving late at night as we did. Theirs no sign on the road and the postcode takes you to cottage up the road. The lodge is tucked in behind some barns up a track. However we had the host's number if we genuinely couldn't find it, so all good.

The location is amazing, amidst beautiful scenery, so tranquil. The lodge is well equipped, warm and comfortable. Parking is by the lodge. The whole space exceeded expectations given the low price, a real bargain.
