The hostess Tina was very friendly amd welcoming. The room was spacious and spotless. The location fab with lovley views and u could sit out on the terrace and watch the moving picture pass by.

Absolutely beautiful property. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in somewhere so pristinely clean and organised. Room itself was lovely, especially the bath. Tina was really knowledgeable about the area and gave us some good tips. We will definitely be returning one day.

Warm, welcoming space which was very much appreciated on the rainy days! Lovely hosts who had thought of every detail to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We were given lots of recommendations for sights to see, walking trails, restaurants etc. and enjoyed the shared living space, that made the space feel extra homely, to play some of the many games provided. Bed was very comfy, the whole space was spotless and bathroom and shower water pressure were excellent.

The hosts Tina and Mike were amazing; kind , helpful and so well organised. Their property is beautiful and pristine with an amaziing view of the sea. My bed was sooooo comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was our second stay at The Conifers. The property is conveniently located on a quiet street off one of the main roads into Lyme. There is plenty of parking, the room was spacious, well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Tina is a welcoming and friendly host.

The host, Tina was so lovely, so welcoming, she made us full at home immediately. The room was so clean, modern with good quality linen which I appreciate. The views from the terrace are also so beautiful. Also fresh milk for a coffee. Great value foe money. One of the best place to stay. Thank you Tina

Tina & Mike are lovely hosts, very friendly, and have great local knowledge to help and advise places to walk, eat, or visit. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and a great powerful walk-in shower, and the shared lounge and outdoor seating area are a great place to sit and relax or chat with the hosts and other guest's. Great access to the town and beach within walking distance downhill or there is a bus stop at the end of the close or a park and ride just around the corner. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. We will be returning.

The location is near top of the hill, however this does give the location a great view into Lyme. It’s a very modern building, that’s clean, spacious, airy and safe.

It was not clean it was spotless, very helpful owners. Easy to find, good parking use park and ride no stress finding a car park. Very large rooms and a place for breakfast. Very happy 😊..

Walking back from Lyme Regis would have been a long climb up a steep hill. Fortunately there was a good local bus service.

Really excellent place to stay. Very comfortable accommodation with great facilities. Tina was a lovely, obliging and extremely helpful hostess.

Nothing. I think I prefer a more traditional self catering set up but the Conifers provides fresh milk, tea and coffee plus communal space to bring and eat your own breakfast.

Exceptionally clean and welcoming accommodation. 20 mins walk from Lyme Regis centre and extremely well appointed.

Conifers was perfect for our stay. Exceeded expectation.. such a good find. Tina was the perfect host and so helpful and kind. Definitely recommend and would love to return if we find ourselves in the area again.

It is rather a long walk to Lyme Regis but the host helpfully gave us suggestions where and when to park.

Although no breakfast was offered a communsl fridge was provided and milk was available for our own breakfast cereals. Host was friendly and very helpful, and informative about local attractions.

Excellent host and the accommodation was very comfortable and attention to detail was first rate. We were made to feel at home the moment we arrived. We will certainly be returning.

Firstly, the location and proximity to Lyme Regis. Also, the house was immaculate with constant views over Lyme Bay and the warm welcome from Tina made it a perfect break. It was btw the cleanest holiday home I’ve experienced.

Tina was so accommodating. I’m not sure if they get many motorbikes, but went over and above to make sure our bike was secure. Fab tips on where to go. Absolutely immaculate place to stay. Probably the best we’ve stayed at. I only downgraded on location as husband is waiting on a back op.
