The stay was amazing..Beautiful cottage with all facilities and countryside beauty ..Perfect place to stay for a north wales trip..All the places are nearby and easy to get there. I stayed with my family , and facilities were really good. The place itself is exceptionally clean and you can see peacocks on the compound .

It was quite difficult for us oldies to climb in and out of the tub to shower as it is very high. The shower head could do with being replaced. The spray was on the low side. The peacocks were a novelty, but they kept fouling on the patio and table so we couldn't enjoy the outside space.

Great host, location, and facilities. The beds were comfy. Accommodation was spacious. Most everything you need was onsite for a self-catering holiday.

Beautiful and easy to get to location. Peacocks on site also! Warm friendly cottage to very high standard. On site cat very friendly too. Excellent heating too.

From the moment we arrived at Conwy, the cottage was impeccable. It was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, and needless to say, it offered a mesmerising view. The location is peaceful and quiet. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay at Conwy cottage.

The cottage was lovely and well kept, as where the grounds the location is prefect for exploring north wales and is great distance of pubs and conway which is a lovely. all in all a great place to stay and great value for money.

Everything was perfect for us. Neil is a superb host and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. The location was within a short drive from Conwy, peaceful and with an easy access to Snowdonia. The property was well equipped and cleanliness was maintained to a high standard. We enjoyed our short trip to North Wales, largely owing to this amazing accommodation.

No dishwasher but not a major problem. I didn’t find the bed comfortable but that could just be me.

Lovely quiet location but shops weren’t to far away. Host was very friendly & helpful, the accommodation was clean, warm. Bonus was being greeted every morning by the peacocks. Free logs for the fire.

We could not watch TV no signal most nights which was disappointing dvd player would not work properly shower very poor shower not enough pressure hardly any water coming out I would class this as a 3 star

The cottage was clean and tidy loved the peacocks in the garden nice to have a dishwasher and 4 poster bed Neil changed the wi fi box as there was no Internet when we got there owners very friendly and polite
