Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesNothing bad to say about this place!!!
Chipping Campden was so cute and cozy! We absolutely LOVED our stay at Cornerways B&B. The location was PERFECT, the beds were the most comfortable we've maybe ever slept in, the breakfast was delicious, and Carole and Les were more than accommodating! Les even taxied us to Moreton-in-Marsh the Sunday we left as the buses don't run on Sundays. Couldn't recommend a place to stay more! Great value as well! Just loved everything! The baby lambs down the street were an added bonus. (:

United KingdomThere was nothing we didn’t like - only that we wished our stay was longer!
The property was well kept, comfortable and immaculately clean. Lots of attention to detail for our stay. Very good selection of continental style breakfast. Spacious bedroom with tea/coffee facilities, complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The lounge/breakfast room was lovely and welcoming. Carole and Les were the perfect hosts- it was like being home from home- they provided us with a key to come and go which was lovely as we were late coming back from a wedding and didn’t have to worry about disturbing anyone at that time. We will definitely stay again when we get back to that beautiful part of the country. Highly recommend this place - if you are thinking of booking - don’t hesitate (I would usually stay in a Hotel and was not that keen on the idea of a B&B - my sister found Cornerways and I can honestly say I wouldn’t book a Hotel in this area id you can get in here!

MaltaCan`t complain about anything.
Carole and Les welcomed us to their home. We where very comfortable and the whole setting was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and helped us start our day. The property is located in a very quiet area which is very clean and close to the center. We actually used Chipping Campden as our base to tour the Cotswolds area.

United KingdomThe shower wasn't that powerful but that's the only thing that could've been better.
We had a great stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the B&B was perfectly located in the centre of a lovely Cotswold village. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of hot and cold options. We would absolutely recommend!

United KingdomCarole and Wes were such great hosts, who made our stay pleasant and comfortable as if we'd stayed in our own home. They genuinely cared about things beyond our stay as well such as recommending places to visit, providing tips on transportation, and offering opportunities to deepen our cultural experiences. We appreciate their kind hospitality and would love to come back next time we visit the Cotswolds.

Carole makes a full fresh breakfast made to order to your liking. Excellent bread. Wide range of options. We had Les pick us up at the train station and give us a tour of the area for several hours for a fee. He was very knowledgable and enjoyable company. Loved that we were able to really feel apart of the culture in addition to beautiful sights. Carole and Les are wonderful host. The accommodations were private, clean, large room, nice sitting area in room and common area. Nice amenities, even biscuits provided with tea in room.

United StatesBoth of the guests rooms are on the upper floor which means some steep steps. That said, our hosts graciously offered to help us with our bags although we managed on our own. Our room was overly warm at night, so it would have been nice to have a top bed sheet to use instead of only having the down comforter to cover ourselves with. It wasn't a big problem, but a sheet would have been a simple fix.
This little B&B was an excellent choice for us. Carol & her husband were very accommodating and very accessible. It was an easy short walk to the main street where there were numerous eateries and pubs. The breakfast was lovely and bountiful with lots of vegetarian options. Our room for 3 adults was very spacious and well appointed with drinking water, coffee, tea, electric kettle, plenty of mirrors and windows that opened. Although the shower is quite small, it worked well and the rest of the bathroom was a good size. We would definitely come back here again.

United KingdomThe breakfast was poor. If you are not a cereals or oats lover, the choice is quite limited as well as the quantity of the products. It would be nice if we could make a toast, have eggs or some pastries (not few croissants only). It would be good to have a minibar or a small cooler in the room to keep some refreshments cold.
The room was big, the bed - comfortable. Plenty of space, very quiet, a minute walk to the centre. Parking in front of the house was of great convenience. Everything that we needed for a short stay was provided. Carole, the host, was friendly and very helpful.
