The shower head support was broken making a shower pretty ineffective. However, we were only there for one night and didn’t use the shower until the morning so the hotel did not have the chance to rectify this during our stay.

The twin room was ideal for two friends sharing and the beds were very comfortable.

NO hotwater in bathroom or shower, hotel reception lied twice saying that the system had failed that day, hot water available on last day of stay

Little unclean at the base of shower. Breakfast staff where not acknowledging on first morning. Cereal bowls and used side plates left onside of table throughout dining for breakfast.

Location was ideal. Excellent value for money and was able to leave luggage after check out. Deposit went straight back into account. Reception staff very helpful. On app says no air conditioning was nice surprise when entered room to find it already on

The bed was uncomfortable. Just felt like they placed a pillow topper on the bed to make it more comfy, but there was a bow in the middle so my partner and I kept rolling into each other when we tried to sleep. Didn't get a decent night's sleep the whole 7 nights we were there. The bathroom had the shower in the bathtub, which would have been fine. However, the bath was ridiculously high (im 167cm tall), and even i struggled getting in and out of it If you went to the toilet to do a number 2, most of the time, the toilet would block up and there wasn't a toilet scrubber in the bathroom, so you either had to call staff about the blockage or figure out your own way to unblock the toilet.

The staff were polite, cleaners were lovely, always clean the room and replenished any linen and toiletries when required. Always came home in the afternoons to a freshly cleaned room with the bed made and the bathroom cleaned. Close walk to Lancaster Gate Underground Station and bus stops. Hyde Park was just across the road from the Hotel which was nice

Bed was a little bit uncomfortable, maybe it was too old. Toilet is cleaned but not prestined, you can still see some spots.

This is my 2nd time in this hotel. I love that the location is very accessible. Close to underground station, easier to get around London. The staff is very lovely, they let us check in early, around 1pm.

Tired accommodation. The lobby and restaurant areas were well maintained and presented. However, the exterior of the hotel and the accommodation areas such as corridors and room were tired and in need of renovation. Scuffed or chipped woodwork, bath panel in poor condition, limescale on the shower head, bath and taps functional but parts missing. The beds were on wheels and kept moving away from the wall if you were sitting up in them to watch TV (need brakes)

The staff were professional and helpful. The location was perfect with bus services and the tube station 1-3 minutes walk away and over the road from Hyde Park. The hotel was peaceful and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of traditional English breakfast and continental.
