Wasn’t overly keen on the area. Although it was near facilities the hills could be challenging for less mobile people and the area seemed a little uncared for although this particular house was immaculate.

Lovely clean house and perfect for a couple. Excellent communication from the owners before and throughout the stay. Pretty much everything you need in the house although would have liked more toiletries in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel)

The size of the down stairs shower was a bit small, but does not prevent you from using the facilities.

The cleanliness of the whole property was second to none, kitchen was stocked with every gadget from tea towels to cork screws. Did not need to bring anything as the property has catered for it all. Within easy distance of promenade, and the 'Loop' bus stops. Close by are local shops, and a fish and chip shop. Also two real ale pubs on the doorstep and within easy walking distance from the property.

The 2 reasons why I say the property's location was a 3 and not a 4 are because; 1) The house is a semi-detached in a row of houses and occasionally we could occasionally hear both sets of neighbours either side of the house, in the evening. That said, both sets of neighbours either side of the property behaved in a friendly and respectful way, seemingly knowing that this is a holiday home. If you do like total peace and quiet, you might need to eat an evening meal in the lovely dining room as opposed to very nice and functional patio'ed garden. That's the minor extent of the noise. 2) Every day we were out and we were eventually able to park off-road. Occasionally, we had to park down the hill nearer the sea front but this situation would not suit people with mobility issues.

The property was clean, luxurious in terms of the bath, bed, outside patio area and the promptness, friendliness and very useful replies from the owners of the property. I would be happy to stay here again if I needed to come to Ramsgate. To add a positive to the location (see below), the property is a 5-10 min walk downhill to Ramsgate beach and Ramsgate Tunnels. So convenient for walks into the town centre and along the beach.

With the high temperatures, it would have been helpful to have fans in the bedrooms. The road outside the front of the house can be noisy with the windows open.

Close to the beach, hosts are detail oriented, and communicated efficiently. Hosts included extras like laundry soap, oil for cooking etc.

It's the 3rd time we were able to have a nice long weekend at the Cosy 2 Bedroom House. The owners are the best hosts we've ever had in our travel experiences. Always helpful in many ways. The House is always clean and feels like home to us. We know our way around in Ramsgate and other towns nearby. It's a perfect location to go basically everywhere in Kent. We like the very comfy bed(s) which is a very big plus and is hard to find in other places. The living room has a nice fireplace which we used during the first chilly evenings on our arrival. Cosy 2 Bedroom House is definitely an Award Winner!!! You need to be patient to get hold of this place.

Everything met my expectations.

Beautiful home from home. Very cosy and warm to return to after days out exploring the winter coastline of Kent. Particularly enjoyed the big bath and the wood burning stove. The house is roomy, nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped. The owners were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The location was great, minutes away from the sea, and there is a little sliver of sea view from the front bedroom window.

This house was a perfect place to stay while we visited family for Christmas. The property is in a quiet location with easy access to the beach and town. Everything was immaculate when we arrived and there was even a wee bottle of bubbly and some sweet treats waiting for us along with some cheery Christmas decorations to get the festive period going. We particularly enjoyed the really comfortable beds and having two shower options was really helpful to get ready in the morning. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy stay in Ramsgate.

Nothing. We didn't want to leave!

Hands down, the loveliest place we have stayed in. House was spotless, beautifully done and with everything you could need. A complete home from home and with super comfy beds! Little extras like milk in the fridge, tea and coffee and even a bottle of welcoming prosecco, were so appreciated. Great location only 5 mins walk down to the seafront and 10 mins to the harbour front. Contact from the hosts was excellent and clear instructions were in the property. Would highly recommend. We hope to be back!

It wasn't a problem for us as we knew this area already but it is a downhill walk to the town so it is uphill to get back to the house. It's not bad but I thought I'd mention it.

Beautiful house inside and out. Exceptionally clean and is equipped with everything you would want for your stay. We didn't cook at all and ate out every day but everything looked fabulous if we were to have done. There were only 2 of us staying so can only comment on the main bedroom, which is gorgeous with a really comfy large bed, the second bedroom looked fabulous too though. The bathroom was lovely too and it was very handy having a downstairs toilet and shower. Julie and Cliff were helpful and thoughtful. Cannot recommend this property enough. You won't be disappointed 😁
