The road may put people off but not us apart from we both crashed our motorcycles on it.

Place was immaculate and so tranquil next to the stream. The bed was so comfy. Only 9 minutes from llandovery on the A40. Unfortunately we were involved in a motorbike accident so my wife and I were a little subdued. Relaxed in the garden drinking rose and chilled chatting about what aches and pains we had. Even though it's on a busy road the place just makes you relax.

This booking was just a room for the night, Jo was welcoming, the room was clean, the bed comfy, tea coffee and bottled water in room, had a nice shower in the morning and departed, ample parking outside.

If I had to change one thing, i would have preferred a bigger bed as we both struggled for room. We did however still manage a good sleep.

Jo was exceptionally helpful - even allowing me in early to get changed after a long journey. Very comfortable and Jo contacted me quickly when she realised I'd left an item in my room allowing me to return and get it.

Immaculately clean, up to date, beautiful view of trees and countryside through the window, private and quiet although right next to the main A40, thoughtfully equipped room, good TV and streaming services in room, the bathroom was modern and attractive, hostess Jo was lovely, excellent value for money.

Hopefully, it is constructive criticism... the duvet, cover and bottom sheet felt cheap. A lovely floaty duvet and cotton linens would match the room's elegance much better.

Beautifully presented house, room and bathroom. Everything looked spic & span and new. Lovely touches with the decor, furniture and renovation detail. Jo was very friendly and accommodating to our request to check in a little earlier. Easy to locate the address and easy off road parking.

Located on the edge of a river. It is the perfect place to relax. After having accidentally something leaving behind, they promptly messaged me and sent it out in the post!! Location was good. Bathroom was shared which was disappointing although it was very modern. Table lamps did not give enough light to read although they were handy phone charging posts. Hosts were very pleasant and helpful.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It is exactly as described, cosy! I was welcomed by both paddy and Jo and they were professional, warm and kind. The property itself is stunning, and at a high standard , very warm , clean ,and inviting. The room I stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, I genuinely couldn't find one fault . There was tea making facilities in the room, extra blankets,towels, lamps on each side of the bed with charge points which had different light settings which absolutely won it for me ! And many other accessories one would need .. The washing facilities were absolutely out of this world ! Waterfall shower and a huge bath tub :) I probably had the best sleep ever when I was there and the hosts were always available if I needed them. What stood out for me was the cosy feeling , the privacy, the kindness and professionalism, the location if you need to travel around Wales and facilities . I genuinely couldn't find a fault which is why I will be booking in for future business trips after having had bad experiences in other places I've stayed

Prospective guests with sensitivities to cigarette smoke are the only ones who might find this property unsuitable. My asthmatic husband was still able to enjoy his stay, however, by airing the room out thoroughly on arrival, and keeping the bedroom door closed.

Owners friendly and helpful, but not at all pushy or intrusive. Bathroom incredible. Bed comfortable and room lovely.

There was no breakfast and no where to buy food nearby so had to bring food with me on my bike. This wasnt a problem as I was prepared for this situation. Having to share a bathroom was not ideal.

The owners are very friendly and helpful, I was able to park my Ebike securely inside. The room was clean and comfortable with a good TV.

Friendly host, nice room and shared bathroom. I couldn't see a sign to tell me it was Riverside home but I stopped and knocked on the door to verify.
