Absolutely stunning self contained annex. A really beautiful property. Every little detail thought about by the host! Location was perfect, close to the heart of the new forest as well as the coast.

The location was great except for walking to the Old Mill pub (very nice pub with good beers and food) where for much of the way there is no pavement so you have to watch yourself for cars driving too fast, especially after it got dark. But that's in no way a reflection on the owners or their property.

Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Off road parking. Good Wi-Fi connection. The outdoor space was very good to sit outside with a drink and snacks. Very private. The welcome basket was a lovely touch with fresh milk and local produce.

Being met with a very warm welcome by the super hosts. Great use of space, tastefully decorated/furnished and spotlessly clean. The beautifully presented fresh breakfast hamper. Very good location for exploring the New Forest. Peace and tranquility at the end of the day.

Phone reception weak , but nice to have the peace . Had to be careful not to catch & damage walls, furniture, as space is tight .

The place was lovely and Clean. bed was comfortable shower room was modern and very clean. Outside area was a bonus lovely place to have a coffee & breakfast first thing & a drink in the evening. Kitchen was great Tine left some goodies for us which was very welcomed, parking was easy. Location was great Close to the new forest & neighbouring towns Ect.

Only the fact we arrived so late we didn't have time to relax into it all. Must go again when.less rushed.

We didn't see any staff. Very tasteful with pretty outdoor area brand new so very clean. Beautiful bedding. Beautiful basket of croissants and fresh strawberries for breakfast. The icing on the cake for me would have been a little coffee machine for real coffee..

Amazing place to in middle of New Forest.Little house is done a really high standard and is really cozy!!!!If you looking for spend a few days in that area booked that straight away. Breakfast was lovely!!!If you can't found the house I attached picture.

Felt it was misrepresented especially with regards to the outside space and the kitchen. Billed as having sunny patio area with balcony over looking gardens. Unfortunately a screen had been fitted at one end which made patio very dark and blocked sun coming in. This screen was very noisy due to the windy weather making it blow inwards and unroll which was irritating. Did mention to host who said they could remove bit she didn't want her dog bothering us. Appears there is only a foot high fence between her garden and the property. Would suggest fence 4ft - 5ft with a trellis top which would keep both parties private but allow sun in and make it less 'boxed' in. With regards to the kitchen it was stated that an air fryer would be in the kitchen in the property details but wasn't. Appreciate some people do not want too cook but we often do as I work long hours and don't often get the chance. Seems a shame to have lovely kitchen with just 2 rings on plug in hob plus microwave. With the weather Basically being wet and windy would have been nice to have stayed in and cooked a nice meal. No bin bags left for the rubbish.
