Edward could not have been more helpful and accommodating. He went over and above to make my stay comfortable...laundry, lifts to town centre, and just general advice and good chat. Having a lovely breakfast in his gorgeous garden with beautiful views was such a treat. It was home from home.

Edwards house is lovely. Exactly as i imagined a british b&b. It is very cozy and our host edward was very helpful and super friendly. Also a cute cat named milly lives there, which is a plus (: breakfast is also provided, so i can totally recommend! if you wanna go hiking, its near pan y fan and some other beautiful hiking routes.

Edward was a kind and generous host. We had a very comfortable stay in his home. We were free to prepare our own breakfast in his kitchen which was a nice homely touch. Everything was provided for.

We would prefer an en-suite but it was made quite clear that the bathroom was on the ground floor and it worked out fine.

Lovely setting and views from our room. The property was very clean and quiet we could use the kitchen and were given a small conservatory for private use. Our host was helpful with our luggage and very informative. We ate at the golf club which he recommended.

Edward was so welcoming, everything clean and very well set up for staying. Even had a separate room for us to use, and locked garage for our bikes. Edward was incredible helpful and even gave us a lift in the rain to Brecon

A quite beatiful and stunning location. Edward is a superb host and very attentive. The views and the immediate surroundings are just incredible. Based about 500 metres from the Cradoc Golf Club in this historic but tiny Breconshire village there is nearby Roman and Iron age archeology. But it's the spectacular Brecon Beacons that dominate. Quite breathtaking on a sunny April morning. This is a quiet and value for money location. Nothing fancy but spotlessly clean, in petite but superb gardens I will certainly use it again on my next visit to Brecon.

The welcome by Edward, always ready to oblige to most requests, flexibility with the check in. We were on motorbikes and we were very happy with the arrangements, Edward kindly let us park them in his back garden where we felt they were very safe. The village and road is very quiet so we had a very sleep.

Great location if you want to explore the high peaks of Brecon. The host is very welcoming and kind, made sure it was warm enough in the room for me which I appreciated a lot especially after arriving back from a hike totally soaked. It’s quite, very clean and highly recommended.

Very hospitable owner :) warming welcome us I feel the owner really like to have guest and tenant with! The pillow is so comfortable and bed is very nice :) To be honest he works the accommodation very clean and comfortable ~ I slept very He took care about guest a lot , for Smart lamps and all equipments ~ you can tell he really want offer guests satisfied environment 😊 He prepare jam and a lot nice cereal things for breakfast 🍳 Cat is so cute 🥰
