We loved Holly Blue Lodge. It is in a lovely, quiet, peaceful location. We found it very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you would need. Hope to go back again.

We were delighted with the lodge. It was immaculate and homely with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The large decking area is perfect for sitting out and following the sun. Great communication from hosts. Oh, and the homemade cake was delicious too.

The lodge is pristine and in a private spot on the site. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the deck is perfect for socialising or just relaxing. Loved the homemade cake and marmalade! Also milk in the fridge as well as supplies of tea etc. Great correspondence from the owner. Lovely walks from the door, going through the forest or along the coast. There is also a par 3 golf course nearby. We ate in the Anchor, which was nicer than in previous years.

The lodge was clean, cosy and felt like a home away from home. The facilities were great and we had plenty of cooking and cleaning equipment. Perfect for a family or group of friends to relax and a great location for outdoor enthusiasts.

Fabulous lodge in the perfect location. We had such a wonderful stay and the lodge is very cosy and the outdoor space is great. The communication from the owner was great and welcome pack and cake on arrival are perfect. Thank you for the birthday candles and banner for my son’s birthday. This was a really thoughtful touch! We loved this place so much we have booked again for next year.

The location was excellent and the property is exceptional. It’s a real home from home - Alan and Melissa have thought of everything. This was our second stay and won’t be our last. Really comfortable furniture and beds and cozy even on chilly evenings. The home-made cake is most welcome!

The spec of the lodge was excellent. It had everything you needed and more. Even our dog was well catered for. Very comfortable beds. Large U shaped decking around the lodge which would be excellent in the summer months. Excellent communication with the owner who allowed us a later check out time which was appreciated. Would recommend for a chilled out break.
