Having read some awful reviews I went expecting the place to be really ill equipped. They just need to buy cutlery and crockery sets. One teaspoon was a slight shock😂 Not suitable for anyone with even mild disability problems. Stairs are very steep. Beds were clean and comfy, but all 3 downstairs beds one person has to scurry up the bed against a wall. The property is ideally placed for the local high street. Restaurants, take aways and pubs to hand. Well placed to explore the wider area

As we were two ladies in our 70’s we found the stairs a bit hard especially as the shower was in the top storey

It was central to the Centre of Evesham and to bus station. Well supplied kitchen, it was clean and comfortable and host supplied details which made our stay enjoyable.

Amazing location great property really pleased with having parking, lots of good details extra toilet roll, kitchen towel, washing machine powder and softener, hand soap very comfy beds with lovely clean bedding great outside area. Can’t wait to go back

Could do with some updating and additional seating- there isn’t enough if you were a larger group. Cleaning could be quite a bit better.

I had to call for the key box code which wasn't sent to me prior to my arrival. Strong smell of paint throughout the property. No blind on attic window which is directly above the bed. No working extractor fan in main bathroom. Lots of cobwebs and marks on wall leading up stairs. Cooker not great. Lack of decent kitchen utensils Smoke deteror in kitchen had the battery removed. Garden was messy. Cigarette bin full and butt's all around. Owners do not issue invoices for business users. They don't answer emails, text or calls after check out.

It really needs a proper clean. The sides of the bath were dirty and was the bathroom sink around the taps The top floor bedroom looks great on the photo but there are no blinds for the windows!

Property is poorly maintained. It's like student accommodation. Upon arrival there was a smell of cigarettes and damp. The kitchen was not very clean. The oven door was broken, filthy and not useable. We contacted the owner as had no way to cook our food. To his credit he brought around an airfyer but wasn't very sympathetic to our concerns of cleanliness. We had to clean the airfryer before we could use it, along with all the cutlery! This Property could be very nice if it had a deep clean and some more modern furniture. It has no soul. The top floor bedroom has no blinds, so the sun comes through at 6am and no mirror. Overall extremely disappointing and the worst Property I have stayed in via booking.com.

The beds and bedding were clean and fresh. Central location for town.

It was a shame that the property wasn't very clean, this let it down. The floor behind the bed in the attic room was very dusty. Skirting boards and ledges weren't clean and coming down the stairs we noticed there were dead flies on the door architrave to the dining area. The basin hot and cold taps in the top shower room were the wrong way round. We would have preferred to pay a little more and have ironed bedding, also brown towels are not very appealing. There wasn't anywhere to hang clothes in some of the bedrooms so hooks on the backs of doors would have been useful. Opened bags of sugar and cereal should not have been left in the kitchen cupboard. Generally lacking in attention to detail.

Great spacious property, perfect size for the four of us and very close to the train station and town centre. The kitchen had sufficient crockery, utensils, pots etc. for our needs.

The house was comfortable enough but the decor was a little tired, likewise the neighbourhood. The idea of shoehorning double beds in the three first floor bedrooms was interesting but since there were only facilities for four people downstairs a little pointless. Not sure if the top floor bedroom was intended for use, but the detatched television etc. was puzzling. Not everthing worked - e.g. main upstairs hallway light and kitchen cooker controls with no information. There was nothing left to introduce the renter to either the house or to the area. Left to rummage through drawers to find instructions for hot water etc. etc. All in all rather like student accommodation!!
