Stunning we had such a good time with ten family members so much to do and freedom for 5 children aged from 10 to 16 who loved it all.

Welcoming hosts and complimentary basket of goodies. Peaceful and beautiful grounds. Super Garden cottage with patio.

Very well equipped studio, well thought out. Welcoming, with homemade bread and jam, eggs, and ground coffee, as well as the usual tea coffee milk sugar. Comfortable and cosy, with an outdoor seating area away from the other accommodation, opening onto a large grassy area with a pretty pond, which has a fountain and moorhen chicks.

Nothing not to like. The hosts were very accommodating despite our late arrival.

Really lovely standalone accommodation in a beautiful setting with great hosts. Would happily recommend !

Location was perfect in the middle of nature but still close to several towns and the city

very friendly and helpful owners we stayed in the Nook which was separate to the main building It was spotless and well appointed We tthoroughly enjoyed our visit

Not easy to find ' even with sat nav down a very narrow lane -hard to spot the entrance until you have done it a few timesl

Beautiful ,with everything you could need for a relaxing stay .

The bedroom, house and outside garden were spotless and very well decorated. The location is secluded and quiet. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Unfortunately the wifi was down, but we were promptly informed about the issue by the hosts.

The location was lovely and the host was very welcoming. The facilities were great, and we had some eggs, chocolates, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and museli left in our accommodation for us

The WiFi didn’t work throughout our stay and there was no 3/4G signal either which made it difficult to find local places to visit until we left the accommodation and found some internet signal which my partner struggled with but it didn’t really bother me as it gave a good opportunity to switch off from the tech based world we all live in! The hot tub was fantastic and the location was stunning with lovely walks.

It was fitted out to a high standard. It felt as if the owners had done it to a standard that they would be happy to stay in. The kitchenette was better supplied than we could have expected - e.g. four of everything even though only a room for two. And provisions for breakfast which was a surprise, including home made jam.

A night light for the bathroom please.

Tucked away on the broads but easy to access the coast and Norwich. Our hosts were so welcoming and the little touches of homemade bread and jam and eggs were delightfully comforting. Touches like this made all the difference when we arrived on a rainy weekend.

The cottage was lovely. Some wonderful thoughtful touches and spotlessly clean. The hosts were fantastic too.

Everything about it - friendly and attentive hosts, stunning location, fantastic breakfast, beautiful building, wildlife haven, great proximity to areas of interest, extremely clean, great facilities Would return in a heart beat!

A beautiful idyllic barn/accommodations set in beautiful gardens, well kept and hosted by Jill and Phil. We enjoyed our stay in the family room, which included a king size bed and sofa bed to sleep my two younger children. Daily delicious home cooked breakfasts included in the family room.
