Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BulgariaA great place for two people when visiting London. You get a private room and bathroom, private entrance, security (neighborhood and access to the property), as well as a kind and unobtrusive attitude of the owner Ndidi, who is also a radiant and empathetic landlord. The room has almost everything you need to have the peace that everyone needs. There are bus stops and a train nearby. There are a sufficient number of restaurants and places to eat in the neighborhood, as well as 2 larger grocery stores. I recommend it for a couple or a parent with one child.

United KingdomWhat a wonderful place to stay. we cannot speak highly enough for the Cozy Cabin. It was completely secure and very private, extremely clean with everything you could possibly need. The bed was sooo comfy and the pillows were exceptional. We were even able to park on the driveway for free! Our host was available at all times and sent us a message to check everything was suitable which we thought was such a lovely touch. You are left to enjoy your stay privately but have the option to ask questions at any point 🙂 prior to arriving we asked for advice on how to get to Wembley and Ndidi gave us clear instructions which were perfect. Cricklewood train station is a couple of minutes walk away making it very easy to get into the city and it was only a 20 minute walk to Willesden Green tube station which takes you straight to Wembley Park. We got an Uber back from the tube station because it was very late and it was only £7! Ndidi has done everything and more to ensure you have an enjoyable and comfortable stay in her cabin and we will absolutely be staying again and recommending to others. Thank you so much, we've had an incredible weekend. See you again

United KingdomNothing! Was amazing! The only thing I would suggest is possibly having the windows open for when we arrived, as it was the weekend of the heatwave and was boiling inside. However it soon cooled down when we had the doors and windows open and fan on.
The property was amazing - exactly what it is called! A kitchen/ bedroom with a small wardrobe and table and chairs, along with a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Very clean with towels, tea towel and washing up items along with plates and cutlery. Super close to the train station (3 minute walk) so easy to get into London!

United KingdomGreat Location. I really liked the location. Cozy Cabin is nestled in a quiet area of Cricklewood, yet well connected to inner London. It’s within walking distance of bus stops and the train station, making it very convenient. The space was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a comfortable double bed. Very nice and friendly host and the check in process was clear and efficient.

United KingdomExceptional! Everything was perfect! The cabin was cozy, impeccably clean, and tidy, with a comfortable bed and excellent lighting. The location is ideal, offering fantastic transport links to Central London and Gatwick Airport, as well as being close to numerous shops and restaurants. The check-in instructions and house rules provided ahead of time was very helpful. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the host was incredibly welcoming. I will definitely look up Cozy Cabin to stay on my next visit. Rosemary
