Unusual but first time in 30 years of travelling around the UK that there was not a tv in the room I do like my tv comforts

Car par was a little tight but thats my car being an estate didn't help matter, but definate space for at least 3 car.

This was an ace little room for a short weekend/bank holiday time away, great value for money in a very quiet tidy area, many thanks to the host.

Nothing major comes to mind, perhaps a television in the room as an idea but not necessary.

Very well kept room, free parking was very welcome, fridge in the room was a life saver for the activities planned during the 4 day trip, owner was very accommodating.

The room was a great size with everything we needed. Easy access to Brighton and surrounds. The family was most helpful with any questions. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Brighton

Beautiful room with everything you need. Free car parking outside the property. Bed was very comfortable. Raffia the host was very friendly and welcoming. I will be definitely coming back.

No television or radio for some sort of entertainment. Building work on the driveway, got a nail in our tyre and had to pay over £100 for a new one. Builders parking over the drive so difficult to get on and off the driveway.

Breakfast and bread left for us. Tea and coffee making facilities.

There were builders in and out and there was some work in the back garden which we were not made aware of. So the next day there were lots of banging and crashing sounds and doors being slammed. A polite warning would have been good either we cld have changed dates or rebooked

No TV (didn't bother me). During the night there was sounded like a Tumble dryer which was operating for 30 minutes at random times. Many people would probably sleep through it but if you do wake up (like I did) it was difficult getting back to sleep with this noise rumbling in the back ground.

The room needs a full-length mirror that you can stand back from and many more hangers. It didn't affect my stay, because I was incidentally prepared, but guests need to know that the room has a 'no-shoes' policy. Also, a seat of some kind placed at the entrance is essential for this purpose. Not all shoes are easy to put on or take off while standing. The sofa is uncomfortable if you plan on spending time in the room.

Lovely bright, fresh clean room. Comfortable bed and ample soft towels. The shower is not claustrophobic. Kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge included, along with complimentary tea, coffee, cereal, milk, bread and water. Easy access to this quiet room with own key. After initial meet, no need to disturb or mingle with the host. Very quiet residential street and area. I don't recall any light pollution. Definite value for money. It's worth checking with the host, but I think street to room access was step free.

Rafia was a great host the cozy room was exactly that clean quiet the bed was really comfy a great shower been able to park straight outside was brilliant the buses were frequent and on time and rafia kindly left bread cereal butter and milk
