Clean, great location, great communication from the host who was very accommodating which we appreciated very much. We will be back. Free car park, supermarkets and the main shopping street are all within walking distance. Lots of extras like toiletries, cleaning products & toilet roll provided which certainly doesn’t happen in most self catering properties. It’s a loft so there are stairs but the clue is in the name. We are 59 & 69 and we managed just fine.

Perfect Location with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Great host and great value for money. We had an absolutely fantastic time here. Orkney is an amazing place.

There was nothing I really didn't like, possibly a tea towel and hand towel for the kitchen, there was coffee and sugar in canisters that had solidified.

Good location for access to Supermarkets, shops etc,I liked having a kitchen available for cooking my own food,a smart television available, a short walk to the bus station.

I was not able to access my emails on the day which gave the information about the change of pin number for the key, fortunately a kind neighbour let me use their wifi and the problem was solved.

Was unable to connect to wifi . Password was given but unable to find the network . Narrow stairs could be a problem if mobility problems or traveling with large luggage .

The grass area outside the front door was littered with debris including a toilet seat so not particularly encouraging as a first impression. Parking is quite a way from the flat but once familiar with the alleyways became easier.

The owner was very helpful and gave us an early check in. The bed was comfortable and the property is right in the centre of the town.

Couldn’t have been better. I would stay again but the price is a little high in the busier seasons for my travelling for work purposes.

The main door to enter the apartment could benefit from a handle on the inside to help close it easily. Apart from that everything was great.

Cozy Loft is convenient (on foot), to everything in Kirkwall and there is a car park within a couple of minutes from the accommodation The loft apartment had everything needed to create a warm & comfortable base from which to explore Orkney. The owners were accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. We loved everything about it.

Location - just off the Main Street, close to everything. Well equipped, the flat is comfortable and warm.

Aside from the slightly dated decor, the only other inconvenience was the ability to close the main door to the apartment. There is no handle to pull against - only the lock mechanism itself and this is awkward. A handle would ensure the door can be firmly closed.

Good central location, just of one of Kirkwall’s main streets. Access from the side alley was a little dark but otherwise easy to find. Spacious enough place for one or two. Bedroom was comfortable, living room a little less modern. Bathroom and kitchen worked well - as usual for UK apartment a litany of switches for showers and ‘boosts’, switches to turn stoves on you name it. It would be neat to have them all labelled..

Absolutely nothing, I liked everything about the cozy loft.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The flat is so well set out, with everything you could need. The location was perfect and long stay parking was easy to find on one of the main streets near by. Evie was lovely; she responded quickly to a minor query I had. Staying here prompted me to cancel our hotel booking for the next part of our journey and search out a flat, we enjoyed the space so much.

Nothing, it was all perfect! Although, if there is someone traveling that has limited mobility, the stairs might be a problem.

Everything was great! The location is a very short walk from the city center, the apartment was spotless and well cared for. We had some issues with our arrival and departure and our hostess was super helpful in helping us to make everything work out.

I had difficulty with the shower operation. The on-off switch was not obvious to me - a note in the folder about the flat would remedy this problem.

N/A no breakfast included. Easy to find food & snacks close by.
