Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I can’t think of anything!
The room was spotless and had loads of storage space including a walk in wardrobe. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities really good as well. Very good tasteful decor as well. If the opportunity arises I would definitely return. There was no breakfast included but that didnt cause any upset as there were a few good eating options nearby.

There was.nothing we didn't like
The room was cosy and very comfortable. Everything we wanted and needed was inside, even water and a chocolate biscuit each. Such a nice touch. The location was perfect, just where we wanted to be and close to the shop, the pub and the beach and of course Abersoch

Lovely B&B, extremely clean, tidy and warm. The room was small but cosy and had an ensuite, comfy double bed, hand wash, shampoo etc, tea, coffee and water. Warm welcome by the owners. Nice traditional pub 30 seconds down the road. 5 minute walk to Tremfan Hall Would highly recommend for a short break

Absolutely nothing.
The house is lovely! Nothing is too much trouble for Michelle who is a great host! Lovely bedroom with lovely toiletries and plenty of coat hangers!!! Tea/coffee/water etc replenished daily. Great shower and plenty of hot water. Fabulous location! Everything you could need within a few minutes walk and with no main roads to cross. Great beach with cafe and a beautiful gallery and cafe which is well worth a visit. Woodland walks from it gardens with spectacular views!

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't stay any longer - such a lovely place.
Hosts wonderful - nothing too much trouble. Room lovely, super clean and fresh. Room facilities just what was needed and super quality. Would happily recommend. No breakfast included is not a problem - gorgeous local cafes and shops and lovely dining room available.

Pity there wasn't more to do in the evening so we didn't have to keep travelling outside of the location.
Our room was perfect had everything we needed cleanliness was 100% beautifully decorated wonderful owners nothing was too much trouble anything else we needed we just had to ask.Within a 10 minute walk there is a beach with a restaurant right next to it, Art gallery with a lovely little tea room, local pub that sells home cooked food, A petrol station and spar shop.

There is nothing to not like about this property.
Craig Y Glyn was perfect for our requirements, it is indeed a 4 star experience. The facilities are exceptional and the owners are amazing hosts. It is close to towns and main travel links. There is a pretty little sheltered beach nearby. I would love to come again.
