This lovely hotel is in a quieter spot, only a short walk past several restaurants and small shops to the busy lake area of Bowness. It is so clean and contemporary with friendly, professional staff and has amazing views to the rear where the lake can be seen from some windows. Breakfast is absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options from the buffet. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was contemporary with a large walk-in shower. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Couldn't get a coffee down in the bar area upon returning from town.

Breakfast was excellent. Great choice of hot and cold. The hotel was spotlessly clean. A great location with plenty off street parking. Really comfortable beds.

Only downside was the room we had was overlooking the road, so would get very loud at night/ morning but other than that nothing bad!

Loved the room, breakfast was really good, and room was very clean and smelled fresh which is the most important. Staff also were all very nice, would definitely come back.

The buffet breakfast was perfect with lots of choice for both traditionally cooked and continental. Location was good too just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of Bowness town. The terrace was beautiful too with views of the lake and a drink from the bar! We were celebrating our Silver Wedding Anniversary and the card and chocolate in our room on arrival was a thoughtful gesture.

Just come back from an amazing stay here with my partner. 10 out of 10 for everything. The hotel itself was modern, immaculate and was in a perfect location. The views were fantastic especially from our room. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the little touches like the fresh cookies left each morning. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and there was so much to choose from. We would highly recommend this hotel, we are even in the process of booking our next trip here again later on in the year as we loved it so much.

Very minor - the room we had, 216, was a little dark, it could do with a better ceiling light. We asked for a quiet room as we knew we would be facing the road and it was definitely that! However the road is quiet on a night so would not be a problem.

Room was spotless but areas looks worn in places (bathroom wall paint flaking, cupboards looking tired) Also early bar closing. Would have loved to have an extra hour enjoying the evening on the decking.

Ideal for a family get together. The location was challenging for the two elderly people but the bus helped very much. The no rooms were slightly small but very well appointed with excellent towels and bathrooms.

Room was very noisy just after 7 o'clock every morning. Our room202 was above the kitchen noise from boiler or something, and people talking loudly in the kichen and dining room.

Very small thing but after a long day of walking would be nice to have a TV you can connect to Netflix etc - although that’s being very picky. I would stay again in a heartbeat and can’t wait for my next visit.

Perfect location, super comfy bed & pillows, very clean, 5* breakfast buffet. We had a fabulous stay. I’m a travel agent and will be recommending to my customers.
