There was nothing to dislike! All the staff were very accommodating.

Friendly staff our evening meal we had was excellent & our breakfast was so fresh & probably the best we have had in a long time we were looked after so well & made welcome in the property nothing was any bother to them. A beautiful setting with lovely gardens. We will definitely go back to this hotel.

We were upgraded to a suite which was lovely. The Indian food was wonderful so we were very pleased to have two evening meals there! the black dhal was especially delicious. Breakfast was very good too.

The hotel has a late check-in from 16.00 to 21.00. It would be nicer if check in was a bit earlier at least at 14.00 as we had to leave our luggage in the car since we arrived earlier. However, they still allowed us to use other toilets upon arrival and then we went out to explore Pitlochry before returning again later to check in. Good to note that check out is by 11am.

The hotel is very nice with ample parking for residents. The room was clean, spacious and very quiet. They offer a very good breakfast in their restaurant. There is the continental option as well as full Scottish breakfast. The hotel is located up a hill from the main road. It was easy to find using our GPS. We had a pleasant stay in Pitlochry and wished we were staying longer than one night.

Shower pressure was not consistent and was sometimes down to a trickle. However didn't detract from overall good experience.

Staff were very welcoming. Cooked breakfast was excellent and value for money was really good. Bonus was eating at the Cidzin - the Indian restaurant which is part of the hotel and is one of the best we have eaten in.

Location was only drawback because it was a 10-12 minute walk down the hill to the main street, which meant coming back up was 15-20 minutes for me. (Had no car.)

First night in room 10: the carpet was newer and very plush. Walking in my socks was luxurious when I had to pace the floor. It was a big room. Super clean. Comfortable queen bed. The breakfast menu had the traditional Scottish breakfast along with GF bread that they toasted for me. The second night, I had to move to room #9, downstairs, because I added a night last minute and my room was already reserved. This room was smaller, and the carpet was not new but decent. It had to twin beds, which turned out to be great because a family member joined me. The most wonderful thing was the staff! 1) The reception fellow volunteered to carry my heavy bag upstairs. And when I moved downstairs, a different staffer carried my bag down. 2) We asked a staffer to call the local grocery store to see if my phone was accidentally left there, and then we'd need a taxi to the train station. He said he might be able to take us and asked the owner/ manager who said yes to taking us to the store and train station. 3) The bartender took the extra time to teach my cousin about Scottish whiskey. He explained how to make a hot totty for her sore throat.

We have stayed here a few times now, and we always have a great stay. The team are so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant for dinner is fantastic and we love the new bar decor. The room was clean, comfy and airy with lovely views up to Ben Vrackie. We highly recommend staying here.

The location is beautiful by the mountains, peaceful and just out of town. Everything was exceptional and clean, but the restaurant is out of this world the best meal we’ve had on our whole vacation! delicious Indian food with fresh spices and sauces.!! incredible

We stayed 2 nights and were advised that housekeeping wouldn't go i in between our stay but if we needed anything to just ask. On the 2nd morning we asked for clean towels and told it would be taken care of but never received them. I think this was just a communication issue between housekeeping and reception as everything else was spot on. Earliest sitting for breakfast was 8am which meant we were unable to have breakfast on the 2nd day as we had to travel and as the breakfast is made to order it took some time to come out on the 1st morning we were there. It was worth the wait though.
