Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomLovely, friendly hosts. Very compact but very well equipped kitchen, complete with milk, coffee, tea bags and wine welcome pack, so you can happily self cater. Outdoor area with seating and beautiful view. Fenced for dogs, although not very high so we used a long line as well just in case as there is livestock in the fields. The goats are amazingly cute!

BelgiumWe absolutely loved our stay at Cwt Gafr Bach. The location is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by beautiful fields and farm animals. The newborn goats were the highlight, we could’ve watched them for hours! 🐐 The hut was cosy, warm and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, and the views from outside were just stunning. The hosts were lovely and welcoming, and we really appreciated the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. A perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

United KingdomThere's a good shower but no hot water tap for washing up in the kitchen. Not really an issue though as a quick boil of the kettle sorted that
Lovely cabin with a little private garden. Very pleasant owners. Easy to get to various places on the llyn. Little gift selection on arrival.

United KingdomNothing, all was good.
The cabin looked out over the countryside and was private but certainly not off the beaten track so we didn't feel isolated. We were on a working small holding with goats and horses.

United KingdomIt was a bit of a walk from the Wales Coast Path and I'd had a long day of hiking, so was kind of over walking for the day. Not a fault of the property, but something to bear in mind if you're planning kn staying here after a hike.
The staff were great, the goats, lambs amd dogs were friendly (and kept separate by a fence). Absolutely lovely.

It was all perfect! Loved the goats in the adjoining field 😍 The hut is gorgeous with everything we needed for our stay - beautiful decor and appreciated the little extras! The garden is large and enclosed so great for anyone visiting with a dog. A great base for exploring the Llyn peninsula and would recommend to all!

PolandWe spent two days in a beautiful tranquil place surrounded by nature, animals, beautiful horses, cute goats, and very friendly baby sheep:), stunning view from windows. The cabin Cwt Gafr Bach is very pretty with nice artistic touches .Inside the cabin is everything that you need: cutlery, kettle, air fryer, microwave. The bed is very comfy, with a big bathroom with a spacious shower, everything is pristine clean. The owners were very friendly, they left for us welcoming gift when we arrived. Thank you, it was a very nice touch. All areas are very beautiful and are more to explore so many beautiful beaches in a few miles, we will come back again to this place.I can't thank you enough, Charlotte, for your hospitality. We had a fantastic time. The little Goat She'd is amazing!!!

United KingdomCosy, little place, just as described, great location to explore the peninsula, did some wonderful coast walks with amazing sunsets. Really enjoyed seeing the animals, which were surprisingly quiet as mice in the evening. We loved sitting out in the evening by the firepit under a canopy of stars. Whilst we were really lucky with the weather, it went down to 2/3 in the night, the cabin did need the heating on in the morning to take the edge off, but the heater did the trick no problem. Great little break, and hope to return sometime.
