We had a triple room with an en suite. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and spacious. The lodge is down a driveway and away from the main road. Beautiful outlook from the breakfast table.

The mirror in the bathroom was too high, I couldn't see myself.

We were pleased to find the hotel was in a quiet secluded area but in walking distance to local amenities.The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.

No lift. No restaurant.

Small, quiet hotel, a short walk from the village. Surrounded by its own grounds. Extensive views. Family run, and a warm welcome from the family. Good resident's lounge and a cosy bar with a wide selection of whiskies. Excellent breakfast. Possibly Scotland's most impressively engineered bath and shower! Good base for exploring the northeastern part of the Cairngorms National Park, the Abernethy Nature Reserve and the RSPB Osprey site at Loch Garten.

It was a jewel everything about it was lovely. The room was clean and sumptuous the bed was large and had crisp cotton linen the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful the grounds and view were remarkable

This was one of the most beautiful places on our round trip through Scotland. We were there for two days and were overwhelmed by Dalrachney Lodge. It is an old, very beautiful and well-kept building that is very tastefully and stylishly furnished. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are very nicely furnished. Tracy and Steve are very nice, helpful and warm hosts with whom you can have good conversations. The breakfast is wonderful. You can have a wonderful time here.

Excellent breakfast with friendly hosts. For the event in Aviemore it wasn’t the ideal location but there is both a bus and train service taken you into Aviemore. Couldn’t really find any fault in our stay.

The current owners have only owned the property for two years but but they have worked incredibly hard during that time and that combined with a wide scope of skills and experience have turned the Lodge into something magical and unique...and their motto seems to be "exceed expectations"...they definitely exceeded ours...

Everything was wonderful and we wished we had stayed longer than one night! Breakfast was fabulous, the room beautiful, and the location near a small village was lovely. Tracy and Steve were wonderful hosts and breakfast was delicious.

That I couldn't stay longer

A hidden gem just 2 minute gentle stroll from a lovely village. Lovely welcome and a super friendly feel. Really thoughtfully renovated leaving the old world charm intact but with modern convenience. We were treated to the piper on the bridgas we headed out for dinnin the village. We had a gorgeous breakfast looking out over the lawn and the deer walking through the garden was the icing on the cake.

Tracey and Steve were the perfect hosts. The accommodation was sympathetic to the age of the property with a contemporary feel. The breakfast and evening meal were excellent. If we could give a 10+ we would. We will definitely return

Breakfast was delicious, fresh local strawberries, cereals, yoghurt & a good choice of cooked breakfast. Beds very comfortable. Lovely building. Staff very friendly & helpful Couldn’t fault a thing, we hope to be back soon.

Absolutely nothing! It was great!

I can't recommend the Delrachney Lodge enough. Our room was lovely, our hosts were charming and caring, and the breakfast was amazing. On to of that, they were so concerned about us that one night when getting dinner out would be difficult they made special arrangements for us and gave us a delicious dinner at the Lodge, where they normally do not serve dinner. We will be back without question. Thanks Steve and Tracy for a great experience.
