Absolutely splitting hairs as it is so good, only issue I found was no chain on the bath plug.

The apartment was thoughtfully styled and comfortable and had everything you needed. Coffee Tea Sugar milk, salt, pepper, oil etc. Very clean, very comfortable, easy parking, great location. It's peaceful and relaxing. The communications were excellent. Lots of great places nearby to eat as well as the river and park right next to the property..

Not a complaint, setting expectations: The front door opens into stairs up to the two-level apartment. This could be challenging with very small children and/or the older generation (or people with knee/leg problems). There is one bedroom located on the main level and the other two up stairs on the third level.

Travelled for a family vacation where this location was where my father grew up as a boy. Great maisonette for the family (four in our party). Clean, great central kitchen with everything you need. The location within Keynsham is excellent, central south and right next to the park. Quick walk to the pubs, same for the center of town for restaurants, and right at the end of the park for a great morning (or any time) walk. Also convenient walk to Nick at Keynsham Coffee in the park for your morning cafeination fix. The apartment has two bathrooms, one has a bath only, while the one on the top level has a shower only. The sitting area at the front has plenty of room to relax in the evening or gather to make plans for the day. Larger fridge and freezer, plus dishwasher, available were appreciated to stock essentials. This place is located between Bath and Bristol, as described. We used it as a central hub for visits to both, either driving, taking the bus, or by train. All transportation options are available, depending on your needs. Parking is right outside the garden gate and convenient.

A very comfortable, large property with good beds, facilities and a particularly good shower! What really made this property stand out was the attentiveness of the host and the added extras - welcome gifts, great local guides, kitchen and bathroom provisions

Master bedroom was a bit difficult for two adults to get in to bed due to the configuration of the roof. We solved this by using the twin single beds in the 1st floor bedroom and pushing them together. Our daughters then used the master bedroom and other twin single room.

The apartment is well kept and the owners have made it very comfortable. They have put a lot into making their guests stay enjoyable and provide most consumables and items a guest will need including a welcoming bottle of wine. They also check to make sure everything is ok when you first arrive.

Dapps Hill Haven is a short walk from the railway station, with trains running regularly to Bath, Bristol and beyond. Keynesham is a small town with a lovely high street, a lovely river side walk and a well kept park. The property has its own parking, and space outside to sit (although the park is only 5 minutes walk away). There are all the facilities you’d want for a stay away from home and the property was spotlessly clean. The digital booklet is amazing, and Kath’s communications were faultless. It was nice to be greeted with a bottle of wine and a chocolate orange.

I loved everything but I will mention there are stairs going into the place so if you have mobility issues with stairs you may want to check with Kath on what they look like.

Great house in a beautiful location, the communication was brilliant with a link to the owner's guide for the area and things to do. A bottle of wine, coffee, tea, milk and sugar on entry. We would happily stay again if we're ever back in the area.

There was a notice in the kitchen effectively soliciting 5* reviews (giving an "alternative" rating system where 5* = something like "nobody's perfect, but this place comes close" but 4* = something like "some major issues spotted", going down to 1* = "should be shut down" or similar). This property happens to fully deserve a 5* rating as far as we're concerned, but it feels a little disingenuous to skew your ratings system to request them so explicitly.

The property was clean, spacious and excitingly decorated. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure/temperature was excellent. The owner was friendly and very prompt at answering our questions. The location was convenient both for Keynesham itself, and the train station (with good connectivity to Bristol and Bath). A fantastic place to stay, really couldn't have asked for more.

Stairs to the two floors were steep, not a problem to us but should be aware the fact before booking, it might be a problem for young children or the elderly. The water system was very tricky to get the hot water flow into the bath right. There were some tacks on the carpet gripper strip on the upper staircase where the stair carpet meets the upright back plate of the tread that caught on my heel a few times. (Easily fixed with a hammer!)

The hosts were very welcoming and communications were good. A surprise welcome gift of Prosecco and chocolates were in the kitchen for my wife's birthday.Kitchen was well equipped and everywhere newly nicely decorated. Lounge and beds were comfy and wifi worked. Central heating was good and house was warm.Lovely location right by the river and park.

The accommodation is set in a lovely, quiet location by a river and the parks are well maintained. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in walking distance, and the owner is set on making your stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible.

fabulous location in lovely Keynsham right by the river and park but just a stones throw from the high street. Bristol and Bath so close so ideal location for visiting there and exploring the local countryside. brilliant accommodation, spotless and with everything we needed. super comfy mattresses. beautiful dining room and lounge, two great bathrooms with bath and shower. good kitchen. place was lovely and warm with central heating.

The apartment was extremely quiet, clean and comfortable. It was well maintained, and very well equipped. Kath provided us with useful additional supplies. The apartment is on the middle and top level of a three level building. It is located near a river, in an area with no through traffic and lovely walks.
