We like everything 😀

We like absolutely everything and we are happy to return every year if we can as we totally love it there and Ray the owner is amazing as he replies very quickly if we need anything or if we need an advice. My kids love it there as they can run around and get their energy out lol. The chalet is clean and has everything we need. Thank you again for having us. Xxx

Nothing at the chalet affected our stay. We were very comfortable there.

Very well equipped chalet, beds were comfortable and shower performed well. Location is perfect for Dartmouth and surrounding area. Ample parking directly outside chalet. Recommend using the park and ride for longer days in Dartmouth. The Sainsburys and Lidl are a few minutes by car. Garden time nursery in opposite direction to Dartmouth is great for breakfast, lunch and cake! We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable chalet and convenient location for travelling around the area. Nice extra touch leaving a starter pack of bread, milk etc.

Bed seemed to be going downhill slightly, and springs were noisy. Had to move away from the wall as difficult for partner being a bit disabled. Hoover didn't seem to pick up.

Quiet setting. Pretty views across the fields. Near enough to explore the area without being in the centre. Good sized chalet with nice decor and a few extras supplied, like condiments, teabags, coffee etc. Bread, butter, milk on arrival.

There is nothing within walking distance, you need a car, although there is a bus that stops outside the park , it was a lovely place and the views were great. We enjoyed it and it was nice to relax,. But it is a long way to travel from where we live.

The Host left bread milk tea coffee and butter which was very nice of them and smelt clean

The chalet is in a perfect location for exploring. We only stayed 2 nights but wish it was more. It's very comfortable and has everything you need.

Ample parking, good communication from the owner, clean and good access. Nothing to complain about, very good for the price for a place to crash

Cute little chalet. The owner was responsive and helpful. The Place was clean and had everything we needed. Far enough from everywhere where it was really nice and quiet to relax. Close enough to travel to town to grab a bite, have a drink or even just go for a walk along the river bank. Dartmouth is just beautiful. It was my first visit, but surely won't be the last.

Nothing it was perfect

Location was brilliant, handy for the beaches and a quick hop into Dartmouth. The local bus stops right at the park. The chalet was really spacious comfortable and clean.

Double bed was small. Not a problem for my wife, but I am 6 foot 2 tall.

Conveniently close to Dartmouth. Chalet is in a very quiet location. Car parking close by.

The chalet and site itself was brilliant, the only slight downsides would be the lack of a path to walk to and from town as public transport to get back to site in the evenings was very unreliable.

The chalet was clean and well-maintained and came stocked with everyday essentials. Location was very good being only about 2 miles from Dartmouth with a bus stop right outside the site.
