The surface of the roads around the chalet are awful. So many potholes!! It needs re surfacing asap. Could also do with a mirror on the approach road , you can't see traffic as you turn in. Same as last year , so many people ignore the dogs on lead rule and let theirs run free 😡

This is our 3rd visit to this chalet. We love how homely it is. I can not understand people saying that the £1 coin meter is a pain. We find it easy and cheap. The location is great for visiting other places. Please, never get rid of the blue chair , it's my favourite thing ! The chalet is very well equipped. We used the washing machine and iron once. Towels are provided. The beds are comfortable. We wouldn't use any other chalet now It's our favourite 😍 Dartmouth is lovely, and the town has all you need as well as a saisburys and lidl.

Busy road near site has no footway so you need to drive or take bus to Dartmouth.

Clean and well equipped property with good broadband Internet service. Good location for visiting Dartmouth, nearby coast path and ferry to Kingswear, Footpath near site leads to Dart Valley Trail. Possible to drive to Dartmoor, Salcombe, Bus stop outside for bus to Dartmouth or Totnes Mon - Sat but infrequent Sundays/bank holidays.

You are supposed to keep your dog on a lead, but every dog we came across was off theirs! If you have a reactive dog , then please be aware that some people don't care.

Lovely chalet. This is our 2nd visit to number 40 , we stayed here in 2022 Lots of lovely touches like tea, coffee, etc. on arrival. Very nice decor Home from home , feels cosy and welcoming Lovely and clean with all you need to make your stay comfortable Great location

Had to hoover up when we arrived and quite a few cob webs and spiders around the ceiling but all appliances were there to assist with this which we managed to sort quickly. Everything else ws lovely and clean though.

An amazing modern bungalow with fantastic facilities and everything thought of. Washer, dryer, dishwasher and a really well equipped kitchen. Fantastic!

A little hard to find as no signs as to where in the park the unit numbers were . Communication of final email with arrival details never arrived from booking.com in clouding lockbox code however we contacted the owner and were able to get in.

Paying for electric sooner be in price autumn spring stay could be a lot more for electric if drying clothes etc

The shower tray did not drain properly, and each shower risked water overflow. Poss blocked drain, hair build up? Basin size in kitchen sink did not give a gap big enough to pour fluids away/rinsing before washing.

A very good design and use of space. Good quality fittings and decor. Comfortable.

Coin operated electric, small freezer. Shower acceptable but won't win awards.

Quiet site, nice walk when you find the 3 fields, great to let the dog have a run, close to supermarkets and out of the way for when you want quiet time. No clubhouse or site shop, pizza on site on Saturday nights. Very well decorated.

Unfortunately the information about the door code was not sent to us and so we had to wait 1 hour until we were able to get it from the owner (also the number we were given for the property owners did not work), In addition, the property information was not sent to us so we did not know about having to have coins to operate the electricity.

Lovely clean chalet with all the amenities. Very comfy beds and nicely decorated rooms

A whole list of issues that made us leave early: 1.Shower and dishwasher unusable due to clogged pipes. We're unable to take showers and had to use local leisure centre instead. 2.Has a coin operated electricity meter, so it will cost you a lot more than renting a slightly more expensive property. And they only tell you about this after you booked! 3.Property was dirty( skirting boards, corners, under the table has not been cleaned for months! Shower had mold, cutlery and dishes were dirty and stained, had to wash them ourselves before first use, damp smell in the property)

Well equipped and great location, close to Dartmouth and shops. [CHECK THE NEGATIVES THO]

Be aware you have to pay for electricity with £1 coins no mention of this in listing no electricity on arrival place was absolutely freezing cost £16 for the 2 night stay and wasn’t there from 7:30am till 7pm as working Wouldn’t recommend staying in cold weather’s for sure due to the extra cost Won’t be returning here
