Very minor gripe: the outside chairs were a little tired & needed cleaning.

Location, 1 min firm harbour & the College. A balcony with view of the Dart between the buildings the front, fully equipped kitchen & lovely shared decking area to the rear that catches the sun all afternoon & early evening.

Slightly unusual set up. Functional and lacking a bit of character and colour. But for somewhere to stay, clean and good sleeping it was very good (we were down for a SUP race so we’re not really using it as a holiday apartment). Parking is right in the limit of what can accommodate even a small modern car. Would be impossible for larger vehicles.

Needed extra parking time, and they were able to accommodate. I appreciated them checking their bookings and allowing me to stay a little extra. Even if they were unable they were quick to respond and that is helpful.

When you ask what could be better I would say generally nothing. However if I was being picky I would say the bath towels were very small. I also think to ask guests to be out by 10am and have stripped the beds too is a little bit much. The cleaner was on the doorstep just before 10am waiting for us to vacate the apartment which was uncomfortable.

Location is fabulous to get to town and see all the sights. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need for a short break. Parking was available however be aware it is for a small car as advised. Peaceful area with a view of the river from the front room. Would definitely return.

The property was lovely. Very clean and tidy. Really well looked after. It was warm and cozy and had all we needed to cook and for our stay. A lovely view from the lounge and bedroom. Thank you.

The fact that what we thought was allocated parking for apartments 1 and 2 turns out to be open to the public. Went out on Saturday and came back to a car charging in our space. Apparently the chargers are advertised as available to the public between 8.00-20.00 every day. This is on an app that they showed us and is on a poster behind the parking space. We wouldn't book these particular 2 apartments again but would stay in the others.

The location was great. The apartment was clean and comfortable and very warm.

The only suggestion i have for the apartment is that an accessibility step be available for the shower which has quite a high base making it difficult for elderly to safely get in and out of the shower.

Very comfortable and immaculate apartment in superb location a short walk from the town and transport links.
