Nothing really. Cleaning maybe just a bit more detailed but no big issue. We did have a couple of the electric sockets loose not sure why but again not an issue.

We love this place, is our 2nd time staying and we will be returning. Location is amazing, the bonus of having a private parking space in Dartmouth is priceless. Fantastic stay - thank you again.

Although we visited in mid-July, the blankets on the beds were very thick winter ones. They really should have lighter ones for the summer season.

The apartment was close to the riverbank and the ferry. It had all the amenities for cooking. There was a washing machine. Nice terrace with a view of the river.

The close proximity of other buildings meant the front balcony was overlooked, but this was only minor. There is an area out the back as well with tables and chairs which is a little more private. Toilet/ shower room was very small, but perfectly functional.

Nicely presented flats, very conveniently placed in town, a few minutes walk from the river Embankment and the town centre. Very clean and comfortable, and a welcome care call from the owners before we arrived - great service.

Originally we were advised to park in bay 3 but on the day we received a message to park in bay 4. This is extremely tight to get in to and out of. Also we would advise taking ear plugs as whoever was staying above us (we were in apartment 3) came back after a night out at around 1130pm and proceeded to play loud music and shout and stomp around until 3am. So we did not have a good sleep at all. This isn't the owners fault, but if you have inconsiderate people staying above you be warned it's very noisy.

The washing machine handle was broken and locked our clothes in. The emergency release had been broken off so we couldn't open. The engineer came along with some string and forced the door. He advised us this wasn't the first time. It would have been nice to have been warned .

The previous occupants stayed in our parking space for 24 hours and we didn't get a response from the host until the end of our week (left message on landline, messaged on booking.com, called on out of hours mobile but couldn't hear as signal so bad and no response to text).
