Lovely quiet room. Supportive staff at check in

Arrived at breakfast around 8.00am. Lovely dining area but the food looked a little tired.

Fantastic new room overlooking the lake and a walk area at the back . Super clean. Helpful staff . Perfect for what I needed .

Good location, good parking, bed was comfortable, room was a good size.

The stairs were filthy, the corridors were smelly, the walls were visibly dusty in the room and the carpets had bleach stains in multiple places.

I was very disappointed in the breakfast . It was dry and had been sitting around for awhile. Expensive for what it was. The cutlery was dirty. But the staff were friendly and helpful and the room very good. I shall stay again but will not pay for breakfast will use the facilities next door.

Woke at 5am by reversing Lorries beeping which woke our child . This continued for an hour so no one got back to sleep . Room was filthy dust everywhere tap in bathroom dripped and wouldn’t even consider going in the shower . Gross . Breakfast wasn’t edible . Pastries that had been there for days - rock hard pancakes . Wouldn’t even like to comment on the hot food . Had a bowl of cornflakes as the only safe option

Guy was at the reception was amazing and really help full. I think his name was Hirantha. Assert to your hotel on my opinion.

Ease of check in. Lovely fresh clean bed linen and towels.

Nice comfy bed , nice fluffy large towels and ironing board and good iron

Very smelly bathroom no glass in bathroom, large cobweb on wall nowhere to put toiletries in shower

Perfect location for our theme park trips , nice comfy room , aircon was fantastic, nice size room , nice powerful shower , easy parking

It was a little bit dirty in places , the corridors carpets were absolutely filthy

Really enjoyed our stay, super clean and had everything we wanted :) will be booking again soon 😀

The most convenient location. Plenty of food choices in the food hall next door.

Good value accommodation. Lovely clean bedding and towels. Pleasant staff. Plentiful breakfast with many options.

Unfortunately, the carpet in the room was stained with, I imagine tea and coffee that had been knocked over. However, given the footfall and demand of the venue it didn't really impact on my stay. It might be worthwhile packing a pair of socks to wear whilst in the room.
