We have stayed quite often and find it a very convenient place for an overnighter.

We paid a little extra for a 'lake view' which was totally obscured by trees and bushes. Having said that, it was the side of the hotel away from the car park and very quiet.

Unfortunately the room (which I’ve stayed in before) is looking a little ‘tired’ and could do with a bit of TLC! Fixtures in the bathroom are worn (staining in the bath and around toilet, taps that don’t turn on properly and no hot water for the shower)The room also smelt a little ‘fusty’ as if someone had previously smoked in it. The TV was a bit temperamental and kept glitching on lots of the channels. It’s a shame there were no plug sockets beside the bed so I couldn’t plug my phone in beside me.

This hotel is really handy when I’m travelling down south as it’s about half way between where I’m travelling between. I always opt for a lake view because in my opinion that’s what makes it a great location and also the amenities next door with the eateries and shop are really good. The view is gorgeous and I love the addition of the little balcony with chair that’s covered over so I was able to sit out while it was raining. Lovely comfy bed which was clean.

Very pleased, value for money, spacious, clean, great facilities for walking the dog and lovely balcony. We regularly stay at b&B's throughout the country while travelling and would definitely stay here again

The check in process was was delayed due to computer problems but staff handled it well.

I was surprised when we pulled into the parking lot that it was at a truck stop, but we got in we had a nice view of the lake. It felt clean and safe and had close by options for getting food and we felt comfortable walking around.

Noisy people outside later than 11pm.

Anita was lovely at reception very friendly and helpful.The room and facilities were good, Annadale Water is a beautiful stop over.

Some decor a bit aged. Food court a bit limited as som items had run out at 1800 hrs.

Friendly check in. Room clean and smart. Older things like taps but all worked well. Nice view of lake. Fairly good food court. Simple checkout.

Waited ages for a staff member to check us in. The telly kept going fuzzy. The sink taps weren't great.

Decor is a little outdated but this didn’t negatively affect the stay.

Perfect for a stop over on the way to the highlands. Lovely lake around back of hotel for pleasant short stroll to stretch your legs after a long drive.

Place smelt a bit musty - bathroom dated and needs a refurb although it was clean & perfectly functional.

Staff were lovely & do a great job. the location is ideal for a stop off when travelling en route. Its right on the motorway for convenience but yet it was very quiet. We even slept with window open. Beds were comfy - room was very clean & had everything we needed.

Guests who left early morning were very loud, and we could hear doors slamming.

Really friendly staff and right beside a 24hr service station, so our late night arrival was no issue.

Beds were very comfortable. It was clean and there was a bath! Rare in budget hotels these days. The staff were so friendly and allowed me to use their fridge overnight.
