The place for small yet enough for us. It is clean and city. It had all the things we as the family needed. The host was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and close to local restaurants and shops.

The Sofa was uncomfortable need replacing . The grill was quite difficult to get to light . The location was little difficult for us with not driving

the caravan was spotless , the host was very quick to answer any questions. the locals were very friendly. we all loves it especially our dog Dougie, who loved the beach and the sea highly recommend.

The caravan was perfect for our family of 4 and our little dog.😍 Loved all the little touches to make it home from home. The guide folder was very helpful.too. The outside tap and dog cable was perfect for washing down our dog after being on the beach. The free wifi and smart TV was a winner with our 2 boys. Will definitely book again!

Everything was excellent.!! Too easy to be picky and negative but there was nothing not to recommend.

Very peaceful, close to the sea and the on-site restaurant was an added bonus. Even if the weather was a little inclement, there was masses to do very close by including visits to Llandudno and The Great Orm tramway (about 15 minutes drive, Conway Castle, which is possibly the best in North Wales, also Caernarfon and Anglesea. Altogether a wonderful area to visit, and the accommodation we had was wonderful for that purpose. Good local pubs for evening meals in Abergele (especially The Harp in Market Street) but there are many from which to choose. Our spaniel had a wonderful time too!!

The caravan was freezing we couldn’t get the double bedroom radiator to work at all and the single bedroom radiator only worked the first night, it was too cold in the bathroom to shower. The seating was very uncomfortable for a 4 berth only 3 seats and the dining table seating was rock hard as I suffer with a bad back I was in agony after day 1.

Nice caravan felt welcoming and cosy and clean, the site was very quiet, would be nice to have a Hoover in the van so I could clean the floor properly and quickly. The site is only 20 minutes from Llandudno and Conway Bay is even closer.

Clean and has all you need for a little break. Right next to beach and also lots to do. Restaurant and bar small but very fun and do karaoke on a Saturday.

Perhaps would be better suited for a family with younger children due to the single beds being quite narrow, but as expected in a caravan and didn’t stop us from having a lovely break

Great caravan on a lovely quiet site, great location and close to local amenities. Hosts Paul & Gem were brilliant! Had very clear and easy instructions for checking in and a welcome pack with all the info you need. We had everything we needed for a fab few days away, would definitely recommend! X

Our only bug bear was the wifi situation. There is no wifi in the caravan and the caravan site wifi isn't great apparently, so we didn't buy it. My phone was the only one that worked in the caravan with packet data (EE), my partners network Giffgaff wouldn't work in the caravan but it would work around the caravan park, which was strange! So I had my partner and daughter hotspotting from my phone, which was fine as I had enough data.

This is a great little caravan on a quiet caravan site for a fabulous short break away with family. We loved the location and how we could easily walk into the noisy areas for the kids entertainment but then come away from it and have get a good night's sleep. We loved how its easily accessible to the lovely beach just across the railway track to watch the beautiful sunset. The owners are also friendly and responsive and provide full details and instructions for your stay plus tips and places to go/things to do in their 'welcome book'. Great little cafe and chinese takeway across the road. Nice Kimnel beach nearby. Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Conwy are not far away.
