Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomCleverly designed, comfortable and clean. Particularly loved that we had our own toilet and shower block and that there was plenty for the kids to explore on the farm! The bus was a huge hit and we’ll certainly be back.

United KingdomJust need to make sure to bring some warm layers as it gets cold at night even in the summer heat- though there are plenty of things to keep you warm in the bus itself.
Such a brilliant holiday! The set up at Dartmoor Reach is amazing. Such a lovely place to hang out with the family, the alpacas and all the other animals. The bus is pretty spacious and works really well. We took our toddler and baby and fit travel 2 cots in fine. Location wise, it was really easy to get into Dartmoor with Haytor rocks really close plus lovely Bovey Tracey and pretty easy to get to the coast. There is so much to do in the area.

United KingdomThere was nothing i didn’t like about the property.
Stayed here for the last weekend in June with my Son and Grandson. We really enjoyed staying on the bus. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable as were the toilet/shower facilities. There was unlimited Tea and Sugar provided and even washing up liquid. Also there was everything you needed within easy reach to cook a meal even though we didn’t bother because we ate out in Bovey Tracey. There was a brilliant rope swing chair on an ancient Oak tree that my Grandson couldn’t get enough of which kept him busy. The farm is in a gorgeous setting and being amongst the Alpacas and animals was a real treat. I met one of the owners Natalie, she was lovely. She made us feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. I would recommend this place especially if you have young children.

United KingdomWe loved everything.
Loved everything about this property. My son is on the autistic spectrum and is obsessed with buses so being able to stay on a double decker bus that he could sit behind the wheel and pretend to drive was fabulous. We spend many weekends away on different sites ( usually camping/ glamping ) he said this was the best place he’s ever stayed. He also loves Jeremy clarksons farm so to be able to feed all the animals was wonderful to him. Best weekend we have had in a long time. Beds were so comfortable we slept like logs the entire weekend. Josh and Natalie are lovely people who make you feel at ease immediately, I cannot wait to return.

United KingdomNothing. Perhaps you could consider supplying a few of your goodies as a welcome gift eg bread, butter, milk and marmalade.
A unique experience. The bus was very well laid out for living, cooking, dining and sleeping. My two teenage lads loved everything about it. The location was so peaceful and private. The shower and toilet were surprisingly good.it had everything we needed. Josh and Natalie were very friendly and helpful

United KingdomWhat a beautiful hidden away treasure. For anyone wanting to get away from everything and return to nature, enjoy the simple things and the peace. A wonderful family holiday that the kids will remember forever, It was such an experience to stay on an Alpaca farm on a double-decker bus. Lots of little hidden areas of play for younger kids, like a swing, mud kitchen area, and play area - special. The honesty shop was great, we paid for the BBQ bits on one night and got some animal food to feed the Alpaca. Close to a lot of attractions and nearby beautiful walks. Josh was very welcoming and gave us all the information we would need when we arrived. I have already recommended it to family and friends and would stay again.

United KingdomThe days that we book. 2 nights were certainly not enough!
Brilliant few days, away from all the noise and busyness of everyday life. The property is very well equipped, they thought of every detail, especially for the children! Very secluded, perfect if you're looking for a quiet break without the hassle of camping but still experience similar. We loved absolutely everything about it and hope to be back!

United KingdomLoved it all.
Location was excellent, hosts were so welcoming and lovely, alpacas were adorable and not only kept us company but also entertained. The bus is quirky and fun. Kitchen well equipped (no oven but bbqs available). Shower and toilet also great. We had everything we needed, and we were lucky with the weather, so we were able to sit outside to eat and play board games. Even the odd alpaca tried to play dominioes with us! Highly recommend this special place.

United KingdomAs it’s warm, the inside of the bus got very hot particularly upstairs. Only when the temperature dropped during the night could we sleep up there. However, Fans were provided when we requested those.
Fit an extended family of 7 The quality of the water was amazing - I even noticed some improvements in my son’s eczema after showering there for a few days. It is triple filtered so you can taste the difference when drinking. everything is provided that you’d need to prep some meals, we bought groceries with us. The location is ideal to visit many beaches - we went to Teinmouth and Blackpool sands. Drove into Exeter one evening to pick up a takeaway

United KingdomThe location was great, but because of it there were quite a lot of spiders and snails inside. Even though we closed all the doors and windows, they still managed to get it. Wouldn't mind too much, but the kids found it hard to sleep.
This farm is wonderful, truly a different type of holiday. The staff were very lovely and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The alpacas were very friendly and made it into a really interesting location. We also planned a BBQ and the staff were really helpful in organizing this. The space inside the bus is also utilized amazingly, lots of storage places too.
