Absolutely nothing - everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful night stay at Doughery Den after a rough night camping so we were grateful for a warm and cosy bed! The host Sam was really lovely and allowed us to check out a little later than planned as we had two small children who were enjoying the chickens and the tree swing and interacting with Hobbes the dog! The caravan is stocked with lots of board games and books to keep everyone entertained. This place is a little slice of heaven and we wouldn't hesitate to book here again if visiting this area in future. Thank you Sam for your kindness and excellent hospitality!

There was nothing I didn't like apart from not being able to stay longer due to work commitments. Hopefully get back for longer next time.

I liked the secluded location among the trees in a lovely garden with a campfire and great countryside views. The kids loved running from, then feeding the chickens and playing with the big friendly dog. The accommodation itself was warm and cosy and had everything we needed.

There wasn’t anything to dislike

The den was even better than I anticipated,it was absolutely perfect ! Such a peaceful atmosphere,really enjoyed seeing the hens and our daily visit from Hobbes ,had so much fun playing games together,and relaxing by the fire .Sitting in the summer house watching the birds was so relaxing,our host was so friendly and helpful

There’s nothing to dislike as long as you’re in the right mood for this kind of premises.

I echo every other positive comments that were made. The cabin standards are very high, the surrounding greenery is magical and it’s the perfect getaway for a few days.

I didn't like that we only booked one night. But we will be back for a whole lot more as there is such a lot to explore in that area that we didn't get to.

We are renting on an extremely busy street where we currently live. I chose Doughery Den to have some privacy and peace and quiet and it has exceeded my expectations substantially. Not only is the accommodation private, peaceful and serene, but as a guest you have a whole garden with a bird hide where you can just sit, unplug, relax and find yourself again. We booked on the night Floris hit, but the rain on the roof of the home was like being back in South Africa with a thunderstorm soothing you to sleep. Don't think I have slept that well since we left South Africa 18 months ago.

We absolutely loved it here, it was a perfect little hideaway! We had great clear communication in finding the place and Sam gave us a wonderful warm welcome! This place is just so charming! Our 2 year had the best time exploring the garden, just running around being free and listening out for tractors. We honestly could of stayed several nights. The fact there wasn't a TV just made it even more lovely, there was loads of games in the cupboards and we could honestly just shut off and be in the moment. It is the most amazing spot if you are into star gazing and just want to switch off and relax. Thank you ever so much for having us!

Would have liked a tv and a hot tub. It would have made it excepional.

What a find. Fabulous grounds and loads of space to explore. The van is very well equipped and has everything you need. Our son loved the swings and the resident dog, Hobbes is a real character and being greeted in the morning with his wagging tail was class. Sam the owner is lovely and has made this a really good place to stay. Sitting on the decking wine in hand and marshmallows on the chimminia is absolutely my idea of heaven.

Such a cute place in a beautiful location. Sam was so relaxed and helpful when we arrived, and the den was just perfect for myself and 2 friends. Great use of the space inside, lots of lovely little finishing touches, and lots of outdoor space available. Would definitely stay again!

I didn't like the little bit of rain that came but then again that's Northern Ireland for you. I have no complaints. Very happy memories of the place.

The setting is to die for. If you like countryside scenery with a Dingley Dell feel to it then this is the place for you. The hideaway is cosy & the outside area with the big fire pit was fantastic as was our host who supplied us with logs for the fire so we could BBQ. Great location for exploring surrounding areas. We would go back in a heartbeat.

A large sign should be placed inside the door. This will make it easier to find

It was totally beyond my imagination! A super beautiful cottage in the suburbs. The view was super beautiful! The garden in the yard was well maintained! The holiday house is very suitable for leisure and meditation. The lack of TV and wireless network just brings people closer in the busy world. The lady on the roof is very kind and considerate. There are also many board games in the house. You can barbecue in the yard!
