Pete was very helpful and friendly. Parking was excellent. Lovely clean hotel and free coffee and toast in the morning. Definitely will come again. Thanks to Pete, we had a lovely time.

Owners were incredibly friendly and helpful - sorted us out with some great recommendations for an evening in Weymouth, gave us a tour of the facilities. Make sure you phone beforehand to let them know your arrival time, as with Booking.com we didn’t receive this, so it will be smoother to just phone in advance. Would 100% stay here again

A couple of hooks to hang wet shower towels on somewhere in the room would be an improvement, other than that everything else was fine.

Breakfast was cereal,toast,fruit,yogurts,tea,coffee,fruit juice etc. . Easy walk to the beach and shops etc. 10 minutes..

Bit too far to walk to harbour with a little one and no buggy but parking in town was easy so not an issue

Very friendly and helpful host, the key was available as soon as I arrived, the host gave me a demonstration of opening the entrance door to avoid any confusion so this was really helpful. The facilities excellent with tea and coffee and biscuits, also additional cereal, fruit, tea, coffee, juice, bread/toast, yoghurt in the dining room for the morning. The hotel clean and tidy, including the room, great value for money and an excellent location, was able to park so overall a great experience and I will return on my next visit to Weymouth.

Room was slightly noisy - on two separate occasions we could hear other people having arguments on the street. Not the hosts fault though by any means

Our room was comfortable and the host was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast is simple but filling (toast, cereal etc.). Location is a little out of the centre but that is reflected in the price. Nice little pub around the corner that we enjoyed visiting. If we return to Weymouth we would stay here again!

The walk from town for people with small kids was quite a way. No problem for people who aren't pulling a toddler along with them.

The room was absolutely lovely, really comfortable room and beds, little sofa and plenty of room.. The dining room and selection of cereals toasts available was a lovely and unexpected extra. I would definitely book again.

Our host Pete greeted us as soon as we arrived couldn’t be more friendly and helpful if he tried. Rooms were decent with brand new smart TVs in them for a nice touch
