Dining table broken, 3 dining chairs held together with zip ties. Above cooker cupboard panel fell down onto cooker with food on hob, then onto floor, narrowly missing infant granddaughter. Couldn't get into key lock box, owner not reachable.

Slight issue with the boiler but we were able to reset it with the instructions from the manual which is kept in the boiler cupboard.

Dog friendly and had plenty to keep busy poker set, games etc. Host was very helpful. Nice and close to all amenities.

Cooker was very old, 3 out of 4 rings on the hob didn’t work at all.

Perfectly located to the amenities, short enough walk for the kids. Caravan was really clean.

Although it is clearly listed that no toiletries are provided I feel leaving at least 1 toilet roll and some hand soap costs the owner nothing but would add so much to those arriving after a long journey desperate for the loo! There was a fault with the boiler meaning no hot water for some of the stay however this was rectified fairly quickly by someone on the Haven site. The boiler beeped a warning CF5 on and off the whole trip day and night which was annoying and couldn't be fixed during our stay. Although unapologetic for this, the owner was responsive when notified about it and replied promptly about all queries during our stay so I am sure this will be rectified before anyone else stays in the caravan.

The caravan location is really convenient for the main facilities. It has a secure balcony decking area which is great for kids. It is spacious and homely with a good layout of the main living/dining/kitchen area with plenty of seating which was really comfy! Its great value for money for a short break.

This could have been slightly cleaner, we found hairs that seemed to be animal hairs in the kitchen and living area, which was a little worrying as I have allergies to animals.

We had an amazing stay for my Grandad’s 80th! Beds very comfy, bathroom and shower room clean and just what is needed. Lots of facilities in the living and kitchen area, even an air fryer which we was so pleasantly surprised by. Thank you very much! Such a lovely homely caravan, perfect location, lovely site. So close to some beautiful beaches and locations you need to visit flamborough lighthouse cliffs if visiting the wildlife is unreal! The host Katie is so lovely and informative, we had a minor issue with the boiler and I contacted her late at night not expecting a response till the morning and she responded straight away and helped me sort the problem straight away! Thank you for making our stay so memorable x

The only thing I'd recommend would be to change the locks on the caravan doors as rather difficult to lock/unlock. Other than that a really lovely caravan and a very helpful / pleasant owner.

The site is really well equipped for all ages. Lots of entertainment and fun things. Restaurants are exceptional value for money & the food is quality. Location wise it is great. Our particular caravan was lovely, clean and very comfortable.

There wasn't anything that myself and my husband didn't like. Thornwick Bay brought back many happy memories for my husband who stayed there as a child.

The location was excellent 👌. There were plenty of lovely walks either long or short..Coastal towns of Bridlington and Scarborough a short distance away. The accommodation had everything you needed for a pleasant stay.

There wasnt anything wrong with it!

Very spacious and great for our family of 6 and dogs. Lots of room for the dog cage too and everyone in their rooms! Great base for nearby places to drive, there is even a bus to get you to Bridlington town or even Scarborough! Shower was really spacious and powerful, I know many caravans with a trickle but the water pressure was great!

Lovely caravan, plenty of room for 5 of us. Great facilities on site, didn’t buy the haven passes but didn’t need to as there was a great park and sand pit for the kids. Really close to a great beach with caves and rock pools.

Ok, this is with a heavy heart... I'm gonna say it as we found it. No toilet rolls at all on arrival? The cushions on the settees had small pueces of sticky sweets on them. Went to put food in the fridge and needed to clean all the shelves having found crumbs on them. and hopefully it was dried ketchup or similar on the inside wall of the fridge. Tried to clean the rubber seal to the fridge as it too had crumbs on it in the groves and it was black and ripped. The coffee cups were dirty, so cleaned 4 of them and used them all of the time. Cheap coke a cola glasses along with "pub" glasses. All the placematts had crumbs on them. The cooker was old which in itself is not a critisism but found black old cooking spots on the top and an orange spot of grease or food on the hob area. I cleaned the hob as best I could as the individual gas rings were so rusty the "teeth" grips were rotting and the grime (sorry - no other word for this) from around the control knobs..I got the frying pans out and scrubbed one which changed the rim from an orange oily colour to chrome again. Used the microwave once after cleaning it. Don't know what the brown stain on the roof on the inside is but at least the discolouring came off. Found crumb bits on the floor at the radiator in the living/kitchen area and also part of a toothpaste box? After using the shower I went to clean the base and some of the grey and orange areas that contact the wall cleaned up a treat. The ledge you step over to get into the shower changed from grey to white. Not the best experience. Cooker, fridge and microwave perhaps should be replaced.

Received a text from the owner providing key code and really clear directions re how to locate the cravan a good few days before the arrival date. Have stayed at this site before using various owners caravans and this was the best service in the lead up to arrival. The views from the caravan are breathtaking. The sea is within view, the new and old lighthouse at Flamborough are facing you out of the front window/livingroom area.. The sitting room area is the best layout I've seen/used. Plenty of cupbord space to use if needed and good sized T.V. screen. Solid dining table and chairs with 4 seats and 2 stools available. 3 really good bedrooms with heaps of wardrobe space in the main double bedroom and lots of coat hangers in each bedroom. Loved the coat hooks in the rooms. So many - great.
