There is so much positive about the property - only slight downside I can think of is the WiFi speed - this is however offset by excellent mobile data coverage . Anyways, one can't expect to have high-speed internet everywhere. Another point to note is that, not just in the property, but, across Wales, waste segregation seems to be stringently enforced - make sure to minimize the black bin waste as much as possible.

Excellent property present at a wonderful location. Sheep farm behind the house makes it a lot nicer! The town centre and the local landmark Pont Fawr is just 15 minutes walk away - fantastic location for a walk or a run. The house was well furnished, with fans in each of the rooms. Had a wide collection of books and discs (DVDs - TV shows/Movies and music CDs). Has a nice apple tree behind in the garden. Friendly host, who is happy to chat! Make sure to carry lots of coins, including change - nearest Laundromat is 5 minute drive away at RWST cottages, which uses only coins. Coins would also be needed for parking in a few places where there is no internet - of course, this is not about the property per se, but, just additional info about going around.

The location is perfect for walking, near enough to the hills but also in a Llanrwst which has pubs and shops and a brilliant fish and chip shop. The house is comfortable and has everything required. My first choice for a trip to North Wales.

Nothing at all

Fabulous location. House a lot larger than it seems, arrived in the dark so had a wonderful surprise when looking out of the widows in the morning at the beautiful views! Well equipped and very clean property.

Some areas could be cleaner, but overall it was fine. The main things that needed to be clean eg. Bedding and towels were.

The property is well equipped, lovely and spacious and in a great location. It has lovely views at the back.

The house is a little dated furniture wise. It’s carpeted throughout and we had muddy paws / boots coming in and out which Len kindly put sheets down ahead of our arrival.

Brilliant location to explore Wales. The house is in a beautiful small town where countryside dog walks and the shops were in short walking distance. The garden looks out to an amazing view, which is great from the hot tub! The house is very comfortable, in a quiet location and it was perfect for our stay.

We really enjoyed the stay and the location of the house was picturesque. Three rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Separate dining area and big hall. And the Jacuzzi was an extra bonus.

Although recently redecorated, the kitchen and bathrooms were not overly clean.

A spacious house with amazing views from the garden!! The location was excellent for walking in to town and close by to many beautiful places in North Wales. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water in the bathroom and en-suite. Off road parking was a real bonus too. The accommodation offered good value for money. We didn’t book the jacuzzi but it looked very nice and would be lovely to relax with the stunning views.

Shower in main bedroom en-suite did not flow properly and kinda dribbled away rather than raining at you. It also went hot to cold without changing setting. The house although clean looked tired and in need of a make over or refurb. There were so many notices from owner scattered around obviously to help you but made us feel like we are controlled rather than free to relax

Location and property size are big pluses. The jacuzzi was a nice add on too and we enjoyed lazing out with a cold drink. Len is a nice guy always wanting to help.

The kitchen had pretty much everything that anyone might possibly need: pots, pans, cutlery, the lot, except that I couldn't find many eggcups.

We enjoyed the warmth of the property, the carpets kept it cosy even in February, when there was frost outside. It was a nice size for five adults, with a good sized fridge, a big dining table, spacious kitchen and plenty of comfortable chairs in the living room. It was easy to walk from the property to the town square, and the key safe was convenient between us. We also appreciated the bath and the various bathroom facilities. I also enjoyed the views from the patio window.
