The Mattress was very hard, the toilet downstairs was very tiny,no room to move.

Security of the room keys..the emails with all the information I needed to know about the property...The property wasn't far to walk from the tube station... Clean and tidy.

It's not the host's fault, but the walls are paper thin, so the group of guys in the next room drinking and giggling into the small hours sounded like they were sitting next to my bed.

Super clean room and bathroom and a nice firm bed, decent location with easy access to public transport that gets you into central London very quickly. There are plenty of shops and cafes around. Check-in was hassle-free and easily done online and the communication was really friendly. I bumped into the cleaner on the morning of check-out and he was absolutely lovely.

Only issue was we had room number 1 which was located on the ground floor (front room) it was very hot weather so needed windows opened on a night, which then resulted in constant traffic and people catching the bus directly outside our room late on and early hours. But this couldn't really be helped as it was the weekend of heatwave.. Probably a little fan in bedroom would have helped. That said I would definitely return just not in the middle of an heatwave or next time with a fan 😂.

Well equipped, kitchen was well stocked up, tea coffee facilities. Snacks too. Great location Tube station nearby. Very helpful and friendly guy D that was always around to help and couldn't do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble.. Everything was spotless, bins emptied regular.. Clean tidy. Loved that there was a coop too across road, convenient for snacks and bits.. Overall we had the best time. 😊

The shared bathroom is not great. The doors, paint-job and fixtures are cheap and a bit rough round the edges. It's all very basic

The accommodation is pretty basic but satisfactory for the price. The bedroom was large, comfortable and had a big TV.

I've stayed at this companies other locations before. Very good company. The check-in instructions were very easy to understand and the room and bathroom was very clean. It's in a really convenient location with loads of stuff to do nearby. Blackhorse road station is like a 3-4 minute walk away and there's a bus stop literally 20 secs away. The staff are super helpful and try to make sure you have a pleasant experience. We had a situation in the house with other uncivilised guest and the guy who manages the property, i can't remember his name D, was so helpful in descalating the situation. Kitchen was very clean and i did use it for cooking. I forgot my pasta in the fridge. But i had a good 3 nights there.

There was nowhere to hang your clothes. Although the said tv in room, there was but you couldnt use it. They have a system where you have to clink on a link & upload passport or drivers license details, which i dont feel is secure. Due to the language barrier (she spoke broken English that cld not be understood) I found it difficult to find the property & she wld not give me the key code for over an hour, when I said that i wld be contacting Booking.com. Although it was clean, there was a dead rat in the garden, which may not have come from the property & was there for a day & a half. Other guests were allwd to sit on their beds half dressed with their door's wide open. The large overhead light in the kitchen did not work, but eventually i did find a small bedroom light plugged into an extention lead. Whuch did kot give out the lightning needed to cook etc. My bedside light didnt work so maybe they used the bulb fir the downstairs kitchen. The bathroom was just adequate, but i wld say that if you happen to be on the larger size you wld not fit in the shiwer. The kitchen was small but had a toilet in the same room with a door. So, if anyone used it, it opened up in the kitchen.. I tried contacting them for various things & never got an answer until the day i was leaving. Which then was o ky to tell me to vacate the by 10am & to leave the key in the box. I was up & out b4 7.30am. I cld not wait to leave. I was goingbto stay the one night qith them & find other accommodation. But i qas a solo traveller & this stressful to search. This was my 1st trip to London & i didnt know the proximity of where i needed to be near Tottenham as i was there to attend a concert. Plus, when i looked at my finances i found that i cld not afford it. The concert, the trio & the accommadition costing me over £600 for 3 days. I tried contacting Booking.

As there’s no WiFi it’s hard to find anything to watch on the tv therefore I didn’t really put it to use however I wouldn’t say it really made me dislike the place

The room was the perfect size and had everything I needed for a weekend trip , and everywhere was evidently well cleaned . The kitchen was also very useful and has everything to make you feel at home .

Very hard bed. House was quite noisy with people returning late at night and spending time speaking in communal areas. Clock was so loud I had to take the a battery out to sleep.
