There was a problem with working the showers. Could not figure out how to get it to work properly, might want to have some instructions on how to use.

The host was very nice and welcoming. The location was great, close to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and inviting.

Sofas needs replacing , seems to be on a slant / tilted forwards so we kept sliding off , very strange , I read another review saying the same thing .. also new cushions needed , they're old and tired, otherwise a great stay .

Lack of shelf space in bathrooms and toaster doesn’t work on one side. Silly things really

Great location, just use the tram (200mtrs or so down the road if you want to get anywhere), apartment is well equipped and you could get essentials from the local independent stores. There are a decent amount of restaurants within walking distance

The surrounding area had a few rough sleepers which was unpleasant.

The property was very well kept. Check in and instructions were clear and very organised. Property was in a very convenient location.

Everything was great at home, but the leather sofa in the living room is slipping a lot. :) It is not comfortable to sit on.

However, one small downside was that during our 4-day, 3-night stay, the provided tissues were not sufficient. It would be great if more could be supplied for longer stays.

Clean, Well-Equipped, and Convenient Location Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this place!

Ok. Everyone probably says same thing but the price was a touch high for 5 lads sharing. 2 in a double bed. I know it was 6 nations weekend but it was a little high.

There wasn't anything to dislike, and I've been racking my brain to come up with something.

Huge place, we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment due to the boiler breaking down. In a good spot close to shops and transport. The kitchen saved us a tonne on food rather than eating out.

The location was a bit further out from the city center than we liked but we were still able to walk. There were plenty of nice pubs/restaurants around although getting breakfast was a bit of a challenge as nothing opened until 8:00 or 8:30 am and we needed to meet for our tour and catch the train earlier which gave no time for breakfast.

The apartment was very clean and we liked the fact that there were two bathrooms. The check in and check out experiences were very simple and easy.

The sofa is slippery, not so comfortable to sit on.

Great location with many restaurants to choose from. Free parking, easy check in and out. Flat is quiet and clean despite it is located on a main road.

Grocery stores nearby, and lots of restaurants. Appreciated the washer and dryer and dishwasher. Loved all the windows, even though it's a noisy street, the light coming in is fabulous. Close to public transportation.

Very surprised there were no coffee/tea/milk sachets provided, which is standard in the UK - like everywhere we have stayed had coffee / tea on offer in accommodation. The bedrooms do not have black out blinds and they let in light, and in the summer months in Edinburgh it can be bright all night - so that was not good - it was bright at 3 am in the bedroom! I don't recall reading that there are two long flights of stairs to access the apartment - which you enter from a door directly on the street - so make sure you lock your door at night because it opens right on the street. Did not like the two flights of stairs - my husband has problems with his knees and this was not good for carrying up the suitcases. Also when we checked out we could not leave our suitcases at the office because it did not open till 10 am and we had meetings from 9 am. So we had to take our suitcases (down those stairs!) and with us to the meetings in the town, then back out again to Haymarket train station - so no where to leave your cases. Also my husband forgot his metal water flask there and we phoned right away to ask if it was found - but nothing was returned to the office; they said it was likely thrown in the bin - although it is a fairly large metallic water / tea flask that is prominent enough. Wish they had returned that to the office as lost property.

Loved the location. Check-in was easy and friendly, location just around from the Haymarket train station and on good bus routes - very accessible for travelling to the city centre. We liked the wifi, TV, kitchen (well - equipped for 4/5 people), one bedroom ensuite - good other full bathroom. Two good sized bedrooms, and with bedrooms at the back you don't hear the sound of the street. All windows could open so it let in air-flow on the hot day that we were there.

Great Location! Easy walk to the tram/train station Haymarket. Great restaurants all around and supermarkets. I would recommend this property, great access in the tram to the airport.
