The hosts were very friendly. There is a very well stocked kitchenette for you to help yourselves to drinks and breakfast whenever you want and you are free to use the garden. The view from the house is stunning and the location very convenient, being close to both Menai Bridge and Beaumaris.

my car did suffer pulling up the hills to the property (though i have a fiat 500) this can’t be helped lol, but other than this, nothing!!

i loved how the room was sort of separate from the house, we had our own area and the staff had theirs. it felt very private and comfortable. as i am celiac, the staff members we above and beyond to ensure that the continental breakfast is stocked with gluten free foods.

Paul & Nina were great hosts. The accommodation was spotless & extremely comfortable in a fabulous location with great views of Snowdon. The gardens were a picture and was great for sitting out & enjoying the excellent all day continental breakfast before setting out for the day

The location was perfect and the view from the bedroom was stunning. The continental breakfast was more than enough and small touches like home made jam and fresh juice beautifully presented made it feel like a home from home. As the weather was good we sat in the lovely garden for breakfast and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The hosts made us feel really welcome and did everything to make the visit feel special.

No room for comfy seats in the bedroom if the weather had been poor but we were very lucky as it was very sunny and warm.

The continental breakfast had everything that we would like and was provided for us in a kitchenette attached to the bedroom and en-suite. Two bar stools were provided to sit on whilst eating our breakfast. The view from the bedroom was lovely, overlooking Snowdonia. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

The scenery in the surrounding area and the private gardens at Eildon are stunning. Eildon is a great base for exploring the wonderful towns and villages on Anglesey and the mainland by car or bicycle. The bedroom was immaculately clean with a comfortable bed, fluffy towels and plenty of hot water. The kitchenette is situated outside the bedroom and is well stocked and provides a great choice and very nice continental breakfast. The hosts Nina and Paul were very helpful and friendly making our three night stay and along with lovely weather very pleasant. Would we return? yes we would. Eildon is very good value for money.

Nina and Paul are extraordinary friendly and attentive hosts. Full and pleasant breakfast was offered. Comfy room with spectacular views. A very silent place. Great garden. Location close to the mainland. There's also a bus link to Bangor. 100 percent recommendation!

Nina and Paul are great hosts and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Breakfast was laid out in the kitchenette, lots of home made stuff, marmalade, jam, fruit compote, and topped up during the day. Amazing views from the bedroom. Great shower in the en suite. Parking. We chose here as close to Port Meirion and Snowdon, which we wanted to visit, and very pleased we did

Nothing to dislike!

We loved our 3 night stay at Eildon. Nina and Paul gave us a warm and friendly welcome (after also communicating well beforehand and sending helpful directions). Parking was easy. The house is beautiful: amazing views across to Snowdonia, fantastic garden, spotlessly clean bedroom, bathroom and well-equipped kitchenette. We slept well. The bathroom had a good shower, lots of lovely towels; shampoo and shower gel all available. Breakfast was wonderful. Nina and Paul are very kind and generous hosts. We loved Nina's home- made fruit compote. There was a great range of teas, coffees, fresh juice, milk, pastries, cereals, bread, eggs, biscuits...It was fantastic value. All regularly replenished. The weather was beautiful throughout our stay and they made us feel very welcome to enjoy eating in their beautiful garden surrounded by birdsong and the visiting pheasants. We enjoyed a relaxing evening drink there too. Tips and suggestions to help us enjoy our stay on Anglesey were all appreciated and we felt relaxed and very welcome throughout. Highly recommended!

There are no pubs or restaurants nearby so we had to go out in the car in the evening. A minor issue only.

Nina was a wonderful welcoming hostess. Leaving breakfast in the 'kitchenette' was really good. There was plenty choice and we could help ourselves when it suited us . We ate in the lovely sunny garden one morning and in our room the other. Lovely views of Snowdon from our bedroom.

It would be great if the garden table for the breakfast had some roofing or an umbrella in the case of the showers.

Hosts are just lovely and very helpful, even if you ask for details on mountain climbing and hiking in Snowdonia. The garden is impressive. There are red squirrels, hedgehogs and amount of different wild birds that may assist you during the breakfast or in the evening, right in the garden!
