Great location. An additional car bay would have been useful

Operating tv in the lounge was problematic. Why not make it easy.

Location was good. Stairs a bit awkward. Plenty of room.

Although clear in the description, the steep steps to the property were tough to get all the gear up and a bit of a challenge at night.

Location was great, so close to the town, but also quiet. Large parking space right outside. Host was super responsive for any questions.

Very comfortable house to stay with easy access to Dartmouth & local area

The steps to the property from the road were steep & unloading & carrying 'the gear' to & from the house was not easy. I was aware that there was a 'warning' about steps / mobility - but thought that just related to the access to the deck.

The location to the town was great. The house was ideal - comfortable, well equipped & had space for everyone. Good weather & the outdoor space - especially the top deck was great

Only 2 really minor things - hot water in a tank meant managing 4 teenage showers was a challenge with 7 of us in the property and secondly rubbish instructions weren’t clear - I thought I’d messed up some quite complex sorting only to discover the hosts kindly do it themselves…

Fab location, lovely property, on the whole amazing facilities.

On dark evenings, the path near the garden gate is dark and the steps are of different depths and lengths. So just make sure you have a phone torch, to hand, to see them.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The building is spacious, full of character, and manages to feel both charming and cosy. Its location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the waterfront. (Uphill on the wayback) Paul was excellent with communication, making the booking process and our stay hassle-free. The attention to detail was evident with the high-quality bed linen and towels provided, which added an extra touch of comfort. Great to have a parking space outside the property. We didn't see the upper deck or views due to Storm Darragh blowing a hoolie, during our stay. Overall, a delightful experience.

Location was excellent, short 5 minute walk to center of Dartmouth. The property is large and there is plenty of room for seven to live in comfort. The facilities at the house are great and user friendly. Worth crossing over to Kingswear to see the National Trust properties , Coleton Fishacre and Greenway.
