Nothing. It was a perfect stay

Our experience was truly wonderful. Nana and Muhammad were incredibly warm and genuine, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The place itself is without a doubt, a hidden gem—stunning views, spotlessly clean with thoughtful touches throughout. We only wish we could have stayed longer. A big thank you for the tea and delicious warm croissants—it was such a lovely gesture!

Nothing, the stay was perfect :)

It was almost as if we were staying at a family member's house, the hosts were so inviting and accomodating! The view was stunning and the centre is a 15 minute walk away - very close by. We had arrived nearly 2 hours later than planned and they responded to messages very quickly! I would highly recommend this place to stay when in Swansea!

To go out and come back we had to bother the lovely owners as no house key is provided. Unfortunately some visitors were stealing stuff in the past :( We felt a bit guilty waking them up in the night after going out. Some pin or NFC access system could make things easier. Door handles could use some bumpers to avoid them hitting the walls when opened.

We only expected a self-catering apartment but found ourselves in the lovely home of the owners who took great care of us. Spacious room with stunning views down to Swansea Bay. Quiet location and well equipped kitchenette. No stove but a fridge with freezer compartment, multicooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, all you need. The owners provided us little breakfast snacks every day like fresh fruits and boiled eggs. On the last day we even got a full breakfast with traditional Egyptian dishes which was delightful! They also provided us with a lot of tips for sightseeing and great places to visit. Large and comfortable (shared) bathroom. The elevator was very handy for the luggage. Fast WiFi. Bed was very comfortable and the sea view from the bedroom window was gorgeous. Whenever we left the building, we first had a small chat with the owners and then had to stop a minute and enjoy the view down to the bay (did I already mention that the view is stunning and the owners were lovely?). Free street parking is possible in front of the building beside the entrance. Thanks to Nana and Mohammed for taking such good care of us.

The accommodation is newly refurbished and very clean. It has access to a lounge and small kitchen that even has a rice cooker. The hosts were extremely warm and generous, and the view of the bay is amazing. I'd love to return soon with more time to sit and talk!

The house is beautiful with an amazing view of the sea and the city. The room is super comfortable and was perfectly clean. The host are the nicest people, they were incredibly kind. I wished I stayed longer! Definitely will stay there if I’m around again. (Just a heads up for cyclists: it’s a massive uphill 😅 but it’s worth)

Excellent location Beautiful hidden gem once inside Very clean Spacious Amazing views Great hosts- both husband and wife are amazing. They go above and beyond They made me what they called “light” breakfast but it was more than light and i enjoyed every single thing they offered me.All freshly made too I also had a mini kitchen with fridge with milk, fruit & snack (so wonderful to have this) , kettle , coffee/tea, biscuits, water, toaster, air fryer & you also have a washing machine for those staying longer. Shame I only stayed one night. The bed - be warned but in a good way, it is super comfortable i slept longer than I had anticipated. The room is so cozy. Next to bed there is sockets with usb adapters & place to store your suitcases too Separate Spacious bathroom with over head shower and toiletries are provided There is also a lift which came handy for taking my suitcases upstairs and downstairs I highly recommend this place . Very peaceful Thank you again for your hospitality

Can’t say anything bad!

Nana and Mohammed made us feel exceptionally welcome in their home. They were very forthcoming hosts, and treated us with a lovely (and complimentary!) coffee both mornings. The location itself has stunning views and I would recommend the stay to anyone. The facilities too are excellent - and they even cater to disabled people with a lift!

The room and house were beautifully decorated and with good facilities including toiletries and phone charging socket by the bed. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet and had a lovely view over the city to the sea from its elevated position. The hosts were lovely and provided food and tea on arrival. Parking is in the street outside the accommodation on a little culdesac.

Communication with the owner is essential, as the location of the hotel is difficult to find. However, you don't need to worry as messages are replied very quickly.

The attentive guidance on arrival, refreshments on arrival and the large bathtub were excellent.
