The only negative was the smell.of drains in the bathroom.

Although it was very clean and the room was comfortable it would really benefit from the interior being modernised There was a time slot for breakfast which was quiet early considering check out is not till 11am The breakfast portion was also quiet disappointing with there being literally 2 tea spoons of beans in the plate with the full English breakfast

Room was very hot when we arrived, soon cooled down once we opened the windows. Lots of random stairs which were not great with a pram.

Room was fine, everything was clean. We were provided a travel cot for our baby which was ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The accommodation is basic, but I have no complaints.

The hotel is in a good location. Check in was easy and parking available outside. The book is basic with all the necessary facilities and very clean.

Dated decor.

Booked hotel as last minute cheap trip for surfing. Hotel very dated and appeared to have an OAP coach trip staying. We were initially sceptical of the entertainment and hotel as we are in our 30’s however we ended up having so much fun with the brilliant entertainment and we won the bingo!

There are certain rooms which are immediately above the bar area. Live entertainment goes on until 10:30 pm so don't expect an early night. You can expect added noise from neighbouring properties across the road.

Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent. Location was fine being close to the station and a couple of the beaches. The hotel attracts coach tours which clearly works well but can be a little off-putting to the independent traveller.

The cash grab for getting into our room. We were charged an extra 10 pounds because We arrived early even though our room was ready minutes after we paid the 10 pounds I would not recommend this hotel.

I would rather have a buffet breakfast than a plate of full English breakfast.

The hotel is basic but clean and has everything you need. We stayed with a child aged 13 and though we didn't book a family room, we were provided with a room having two separate ones. We were checked in as soon as we arrived though it was 4 hours before the estimated check-in time. The location is great. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The ocean is just 5 min walk.
