We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A lovely space, by the docks, with parking just outside. There are good places to eat nearby. Fan provided.

United KingdomThe one thing I would have liked which wasn't there was a microwave. For a short break and in self-catering accommodation, that would be helpful. Be aware that you can get some noise from people passing by - but if you don't want any noise, don't go so central!
Lovely apartment. Brilliant location. Very clean. Very comfy bed. As an extra unexpected touch, they had packed away all the cushions before I arrived as I am allergic to feathers, so that I didn't have to move them myself - I thought that was really helpful. Overall I had a really lovely stay.

United KingdomThis property is supposed to be wheel chair friendly, which means disabled, there was no seat, grab handles or soap holders, flannel pegs in the shower. Which made if very awkward for my wife, had to support in and out. The water control was not the best either, got stuck on a few occasions. There as also a little bit of noise from above
