We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NigeriaThe host is rude and bitter. If you are going to lease out your room/apartment you should at the very least be welcoming and compassionate, you can't just be dishing out rules like you have your kids over for holidays. I have a lot to say, bit I will keep a bit for when the horrid lady responds. Plus I am waiting for my refund.

United KingdomExcellent place to stay. Great price, only 3 stops on the bus or a short walk from Abbey Wood train station. Also a Co-Op and parade of shops opposite. Felt very welcomed on arrival and shown the room and facilities. Other than that, no fuss. Nice quiet area, was not disturbed even on a Saturday night, just the quiet rumble of trains going past in the distance. Would definitely stay again. Like staying round a good friend's house.

AustriaThe kitchen everyone can use is right next to the room so you shouldn’t have the lightest sleep or else you might wake up when someone goes in the kitchen. But that’s no big issue really and only might matter at night.
I chose to stay here mainly because it was close to Excel but it turned out to be a good location for any destination. Even when I went all the way into the city, coming back was very easy. I also enjoyed having the privacy of the en-suite bathroom. The room in generell was very cute and comfortable, nice interior and very new bathroom. The host is also lovely.

AustriaGot upgraded to the new Apartment, which was absolutely fantastic as it had everything, except a TV, but I didn't need one anyway. The landlady was very nice and forthcoming. Even gifted me with Easter wishes & chocolate for Easter. Can absolutely recommend staying here.
