We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great room, not to tOo spacious , but big enough to not to feel cramped. Bathroom shared. Towels provided. Secure entry. It can occupy 3 guests. We had to leave early to catch train so didn’t use shower, so can’t say about the water pressure. Coffee tin, kettle, mini fridge available.

BelgiumWe arrived in Room 8 late night and the bed was broken, impossible to sleep decently. The morning after the main contact -who was previously super quick to answer- ignored multiple messages from us. He then promised someone would come and fix the bed. We didn't know whether we had to search for another accommodation until late during the day. We were provided another room for one night and then the bed was fixed, but it was still not very comfortable. Also the place is very noisy. Other rooms might be better, but not room number 8.
The place has a new name, but I see now you cannot reserve it anymore and another one appeared with a much lower score... The position is very good and it is clean

United KingdomUnfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this property due to completely unacceptable communication from the host. I reached out multiple times, via email, text, and WhatsApp, in the week leading up to my stay to ask a few simple questions, but received no response whatsoever. As the date of check-in approached, I followed up again with no reply. Travelling from the north to London, and still having heard nothing, I had no choice but to assume the worst and secure alternative accommodation at my own cost to avoid being stranded. Only at 2pm on the day of check-in (just one hour before the 3pm check-in time) did the host finally respond with access instructions, far too late, given the prior silence on several occasions, and the fact I was already en route and was forced to make new arrangements. This level of unresponsiveness is unprofessional and shows a clear lack of respect for guests. I also raised a request for a refund, which the host has refused, despite their lack of communication being the reason I had to cancel. There was no accountability, no apology, and no attempt to make things right. I would strongly caution others when considering this property. In my view, the host shows no integrity, poor communication, and no sense of responsibility toward guests or their experience. Frankly, someone with such disregard for service and guest welfare does not deserve to have their pockets lined at others' expense.

United StatesI ended up cancelling my 10 day stay at the expense of 1 night’s charge after seeing the property myself. Owner not responsive at all, check in is nightmare, people share passcodes easily for any room so it’s not safe to put your belongings in any of the room. Shit in toilet speaks for the hygiene situation.

UkraineI had asked in advance if there was a possibility to check in earlier, and was told that it wasn’t possible, which I understood and accepted. However, when I arrived at the scheduled check-in time, the apartment had not been cleaned. No one was answering the phone despite multiple attempts to reach out. Interestingly, my neighbors who were also staying in the same building faced exactly the same issue — their apartments were also not cleaned and there was no response from the hosts. None of us ended up staying there, even though the apartments had already been paid for. After many attempts, someone from the support team finally answered. A man told us to wait, assuring us that the apartment would be cleaned within an hour. We waited for over an hour, but nothing happened. Eventually, we had no choice but to leave and check into another hotel. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and the apartments definitely did not live up to the price or expectations.

United KingdomWe had a bedroom for three people, it was tiny but that wasn't a big issue as we only needed to sleep there. The owner sent a message saying if we need something, we can contact him, but he never looked at the messages again and wouldn't answer my phone call either. We wanted to cook some steaks in the kitchen but the cooker doesn't work which we didn't know. Both beds are broken and need new mattreses, my back was sore after one night. It is very noisy when the underground is running, the room literally vibrates. The whole flat is generally very dusty and dirty.
Great location close to two underground stations. There is a microwave and a fridge in a decent condition.
