The hotel was perfect for our needs. Whilst we did have to report a slowly-draining bathroom sink, this was taken seriously by the staff and they confirmed that this would be reported to Maintenance

The double room is almost no double room. There is a major difference in size of the room. Our room was half of our travel companion. The bed is way too small to comfortably accommodate 2 larger in length adults. Didn't sleep very well due to that

Breakfast waiting on staff could have been warmer.

This is ideal for a stay close to Euston station, about a 5 min walk, and you don't hear any of the station noise. We were upgraded to a nicer room at no cost, and the reception staff were welcoming and really efficient. They were also happy to let us leave our bags there after checkout. Room is modern and stylish, with really comfortable beds. Breakfast was really tasty with a great choice. With London prices, this felt like value.

The room was quite small, but to be fair, that is normal for London hotels in that area.

Close to Euston Station and not far from St Pancras/Kings Cross stations. We booked at very short notice as we had an unexpected change to our travel plans. Our room was windowless, which felt a bit strange at first, but the bed was comfortable . The air-conditioning worked really well, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The price for the room was good for London. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Glass screen around toilet area gives little privacy but bot insurmoubtable.

The refurb planner appears to have forgotten the toilet roll holder when designing the layout so the tissue roll was sat on a shelf above and behind the toilet.

We had a decent meal in the restaurant and the staff were very attentive. The room was good although the layout was a little quirky the safe was on the floor and a tray was placed on top to hold the tea/coffee/kettle so it was a test of flexibility to reach down for a glass or cup. Just yards from the tube station so easy to find and convenient for an early start in the morning. Surprising quiet we could not here any excessive noises from outside.

The first room we were booked into was very small with a tight en-suite space. The staff were amenable to moving us and the second room was a great improvement. The seals in both shower rooms could be freshened up. The information light on the direction arrows and the lift location were not working, making the calling of the lift frustrating. the third floor button inside the lift was also out. it would be good to resolve these small issues. Access from the Warren St tube meant navigating past several homeless tent encampments - though not directly the fault of the hotel.

Walkable distance from Kings Cross and Euston train stations. close to several tube and bus routes. Modern decor in the rooms has a fresh interesting look. The second room we were in was a reasonable size, had a small fridge and access to a safe box. Good powerful shower in the bathroom. A/c unit was very welcome with the temperature in the high twenties centigrade.
