The room was not very big, there were no blackout curtains or similar so in the morning there was a lot of light.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed and brand new bathroom. Louise was very kind and gave us several information about the location. The position of perfect to expolore places like Glencoe and Glefinnian. We also had the possibility to use a second little room with a small table, a fridge and a microwave.

The location is very quiet, but somewhat remote. You definitely need a car.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The welcome and instructions from the host were very kind and helpful. The accommodation consists of a room and large bathroom, plus a separate kitchen where you can cook and store items in a fridge. Shops are within walking distance, and there are nice walks in the neighbourhood. There is free parking on site.

Louise was an amazing and caring host for us during four days. The house is perfectly located when you are road tripping across the country. And her dog was super extra cute and so well behaved!

Caol is a very small town that only has the essentials. For everything else you have to go to Fort William.

Louise was very attentive and provided a lot of information about the area and activities. The apartment had everything we needed.

Can not think of a single thing.

Homely and comfortable, with the loveliest host I have yet to meet. Louise is kind, helpful, and friendly making us feel like we belonged there. With access to a kettle, toaster and microwave, and a C-o-op just around the corner, it was possible to eat cheaply. There is also a nice pub nearby with good food served. Being just 10 minute drive from the centre of Form William, Home while you roam, was the perfect choice for us..

The rooms is very clean but not really big. For long periord traveller like us, without sink and stove to wash & cook food is very incovenient. In this case, perhaps a hotel room will be a better choice for us.

I agree with the other visitor's comment : The property is in a quiet residential area and is nicely located near Fort William. it is in Louise's house, but you hardly notice it. she is very hospitable and gives you all the privacy you need.

Really nice host with a sweet dog. The room could be a bit bigger but you still have an extra room to leave something there if needed so not to big of a deal.

Lovely place to stay, well located to go sightseeing around the area. Louise is a great host, she is very nice and very helpful.

The location if you dont have a car but I personally took a bus to the train station, it's 2 min walking to the bus stop so no problem.

The place is clean and equipped, amazing bed! The room felt like a 5 start hotel. Plus there is a kitchen with a fridge where one can warm up a food and a place to eat and rest. The bathroom was shiny, with clean towels. I recomend this place as a better option to hotels around.

Louise is such a kind host and her dog is so lovely. We recommend a stay at her house, that is not far from Fort William. She really helped us with her tips for restaurants and activities.

If there was the option to be able to cook food. There were plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby which was great, sometimes it is nice to just self cater.

Louise is the kindest of hosts. Very considerate and useful suggestions for things to do. She offers a real comfy room with bathroom and a smaller room to use for breakfast or watching tv.

Louise was a wonderful host and made us feel at home. The description was accurate and everything was exceptionally clean. Tucked away in a little town it was a great experience to live in a Scottish home.

No sink in little kitchen/sitting/dining area, but access to water in the nice onsuite so we worked round that, no problem. Other facilities were lovely 😊❤️

This property was absolutely spanking clean. The owner was at hand to welcome each time we entered the property, but let us come and go with ease. The little dog barked a lovely welcoming bark. Very friendly. I would use this property again 😊

The only advice I would like to give Louise is to invest in a new mattress. I slept badly because the mattress was too hard for someone with osteoarthritis.

I loved how friendly and hospital Louise was and we loved Linnhe, her dog. We had a nice bedroom with the bathroom attached to it. In another room we could relax, watch TV, warm up our food and eat it. There was a refrigerator, a microwave and enough plates, cups etc. Each day at the end of the day we could put our dirty dishes on a tray and the same evening they came back clean. The rooms were very clean and there were 2 large closets to put our clothes and bags in. It was also in walking distance from a supermarket and from the boulevard whith a gorgeous view. It's very close to the Inverness-shire with the Glenfinnan viaduct from the Harry Potter movies and Ben Nevis which you can see from the kitchen area. We had a great stay and would go back any time. Highly recommended.

It was a very comfortable bedroom, with a spacious and modern bathroom. In addition the owner (a very lovely lady btw.) provided a second room with a sitting area and a small kitchen corner. The rooms were super clean, the location very easy to find; The owner also has a super cute dog (extra points for that!)

Her house is literally nearby the sea shore and Ben Nevis, I was amazed by the beauty of the neighbourhood. It was a pleasant experience. Thanks Louise 😊 (the little pantry was filled with great teas/coffees/chocs)

There was no gas stove or sink in the kitchen. However, Louise washed the dishes for you.

Louise is a wonderful host. She was very friendly and supportive and we felt very much at home. This is a private home you are staying in. The bedroom is a little small but you have a second room for drinking a cup of tea, eating something or just chilling out. The entire house is very clean and the dog very friendly and lovely. We would always choose to stay with her again.
