Our room was warmer inside than outside and the air-conditioning wouldn't stay on as it kept coming up with an error.

The room needs some tlc…damp, loose wallpaper, loose toilet seat … Also its location (in the basement 💁‍♂️) meant no natural light and then street noises from 6.30am onwards

Breakfast. Toilet took forever to fill up so you couldn't double flush. Noise from people outside of street until early hours but not a deal breaker.

Our room was on the top floor and the weather was very hot that week so it was very hot inside. The air conditioner did not cool the air, we managed somehow with the ventilator but it was still very hot the entire night. There's no lift in the hotel so we had to climd to the 3rd floor with our luggage using very narrow staircase. Not very comfortable

The hotel staff was friendly. Location is very convenient.

A few features were dated and the tv didn’t work for us. One of our 3 rooms did not have a functional air conditioner.

Mold in the shower. Shower in closet in bedroom. No windows in living room, Tiny tv Seems like it’s not built as a apartment. No place to store suitcases very cramped. Patio unfurnished and poor view. Hotel rooms seemed nicer we were offered to move rooms instead we left early with generous refund of 2 nights of our stay

The room felt a little tired and needed some TLC. Windows were very different to open and close, they could do either updating and the air con unit (while a luxury for the UK) was terrible noisy to the point where it was almost unusable. It made continuous buzzing noise’s and a loud draining noise every 30min which wakes you up.

The staff where very welcoming and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for you. Also in such an excellent location, minutes away from Covent Garden and the tube station.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for the Covent Garden area and Leister Sq tube not far away. Loads of bars etc local to the place as well as the whole of the West end. The building is slightly quirky and room layouts different but this attracted us rather than repelled. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. Never any issues with hot water and room spacious and on 2 levels. Staff were really friendly and welcoming and stored bag once checked out. The stairs are steep and narrow. It didn't concern us and not a dislike but there isn't a lift so if stairs are an issue for you I'd think about it. However as a note the staff were very forthcoming in offering to take baggage up to the room and bring them down without being asked. They were lovely chaps... Happily stay here again....

I paid for an appartment and especially asked for a four adult beds but got one big bed (in the bedroom) and two uncomfortable sofas for three adults in the living room
